The manager was very rude and she also said to a dasher you do your job and I'll do mine,and all the dasher did was ask a question. And I have the app and she said to me it works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. Makes a person not want to go back there.

The manager was rude to a few customers including myself and one that was doing a door dash order. Told the door dasher you do your job and I'll do mine. It was over the dasher wanting cover strips for the drinks. Then the dasher asked may I have a bag for my customer then. Yelled about me using my app at the store and how I'm supposed to use it. This was the Wendy's on Washington Ave in Racine.

Ordered through the Wendy's app from this location and they apparently just leave all the food out for anyone to take. The mobile delivery orders are filled through DoorDash, which wasn't clear during the process, and my dasher contacted me, well after the delivery should have been made, to tell me someone else took my order. So almost 45 minutes later I still have no food and needed to contact support to get a refund. The manager was totally unbothered that food seems to be stolen all the time because no one is watching it. Will never be ordering delivery from here again.

Just got the door dasher sent to pick up the food. The first order they did not have. According to our customer service three people tried to pick up the same order.While on the phone to customer service, they hire dude shaved head walks out running of at the mouth about what our job is and how to do it. We took care of everything with support then proceeded following the new directions.The person who answered drive thru this time was really nice and supportive.

Best Wendy's in Racine. Just as good as the other one on Washington with the busy drive thru. Sometimes worth the extra mile to avoid the wait.

I came to the location at 10:30pm for 2 door dash orders and WHOEVER JOHN is that was the night manager has EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and clearly needs to be a cleaner of the store instead of an operator due to poor customer service, poor management of the team to have a line of cars waiting over 10 minutes I am just 100% not satisfied and it wasn’t even my order ??????
