The manager was outside smoking when we pulled into the parking lot between the Chinese restaurant and BK. There was only 1 spot open so we pulled in. The manager came over and said we had to park elsewhere as that was HER parking lot for BK. We were literally in the middle between the 2 places, and its appeared to be 1 large parking strip, so Im not sure how a person is to know where the invisible divider is. She was quite rude about it, so we had to move our car to another area. She lost our business from here on.

Place lacks common sense and they can’t even cook food right. Asked to buy a coffee and they couldn’t due to “health” reason. Brenda “AGM” of this location is lazy and a slob. Constant excuses from management. Mind you not the general manager is constantly flirting with minor workers and minor customers he flirts with. Be warned this place is full of creeps and unmotivated people who work here.

Fairy poor customer service.Order food through the drive-thru. Pull up to pay and receive my food and it took them 10 minutes.While two employees were chit-chatting with the vehicle in front of us for 10 minutes or longer.They were very rudeAnd one was a manager.
I have been a customer at this location for several decades always ate here when I came to Rhinelander and enjoyed it but today had the worst experience I ever had at any location .. there box could not hear me so was told to drive up to the window to take my order and the girl took my order then the store manager started to argue about not hearing me then said we can deny service to which I said she didn't have to address me that way payment had been excepted but she lost her cool and refused to serve me .. as rude as they come !! She doesn't belong in costume service

The service was excruciatingly slow we started in the drive through and after not moving for 20 minutes went inside to find the place practically empty and fully staffed no idea what was taking so

Went today and they are so understaffed they only had drive thru open and our order was all messed up. We asked for 2 orders of onion rings and one fry but got one order of onion rings and 2 fries and I ordered the bacon and cheese whopper and got the regular whopper. Also asked for lots of ketchup and got none at all. And we told them they got it wrong and they didn't even fix their mistake or anything. Don't think I'll be going back at least not until they have more staff and can get the orders correct or at least be willing to fix their mistakes.

The inside was closed. Only drive they was available. The staff was friendly and apologetic due to the wait times. They are understaffed. The food was good. Best onion rings I've had in a long time.

i was here for my lunch break and i order a burger and drink and i got a chicken sandwich and fries and the employ was twee-kin and was being very rude and i waited half hour for my food that tasted like garbage.
