I go thru the drive thru usually order Xtra meat and onions my standard order they never get it right I receive a normal amount of meat and no onions I had hoped for better from my local taco bell

Don't really care for ordering from a kiosk board but not horrible due to having 6 people on the same order. Also there was a girl with blondish hair who was dropping the f bomb multiple times while we and other people were waiting for our turn at the soda machine. Then they shorted our order 1 item and when she came to hand me the item was pretty rude and crabby. Not really impressed with her. Probably be a while before I go back there again. Lot's of other options for food in rhinelander.

The steak nacho box was awesome, but the service is slow, and none of the workers except Betty smiled. And this was day 3 of going there to see if they'd smile. The second shift is the bomb!! Great fast service, and super friendly! Your second shift manager deserves a raise! Great job, and great employees
I waited at my table for 13 minutes for my food. It wasn't that busy inside or at the drive thru. It seemed unorganized!! My diet Mt dew was like water. The tables were dirty as well. Maybe they were under staffed but either way I won't eat there again ?

The only negative part of my experience there came after I ate my hardshell taco. I was almost finished with my cheesy gordita crunch and found a long human hair in my food. I didn't complain about it. I just moved on with my day.
Can I go lower than 1 star? Yikes. Hostile employees, not serving the whole menu. Terrible food.

Waited 10 minutes for someone to finally take our order. Waited another 15 for the food. Dining area was freezing cold. Stopped during a long trip for "fast food" and it made the drive even longer.
