My Mom and I have never been to a Jimmy John’s before! But apparently we have been massively missing out! Forget Subway and all the other sub shops! Jimmy John’s is the greatest! God Bless you all for serving us high quality food! We will definitely be back!

I use to work here for a long time some years back.. but I continue to go because I do love the subs and the options to choose from.. looms like the staff are still pretty quick when it comes to making the sandwich. You'll able to get day old bread which is nice. They also offer wheat, and unwhich which is my favorite.

I've eaten Jimmy John's in several different locations. The Rice Lake store's service has declined in the last year. When asking store workers why the web page is sometimes missing items that are available at the store, was told that the owner doesn't keep it updated. Today it was drivethru out of order when it was closed. Customer service and general friendliness has lowered. I will order from this 1 a month maybe. I usually order 2-3 times a week.

Ordered a country club. After some confusion by the staff inside I restated my order. When I got home it was Roast beef. It was Freaky slow and wrong. Never going back.
