This McDonald's is a mess. Food was cold and my drink was wrong. This use to be a great restaurant now it is horrible.

Food was great, came out quickly and server was not bad at all, the only thing that game this a 4 star is, The cleaning services, most of the tables were not cleaned off, the floor was dirty and the place where you get drinks was VERY dirty, please clean up more often, if you had already this would have been 5 Stars.

Last few times I have been to this establishment, I have had issues such as cold and/or crushed sandwiches, over seasoned food, and the last time I was there they forgot not one but two orders of French fries. I don't know if it's staff not paying attention or lousy management but this is by far the worst place I've ever gotten food.

The food is OK but the prices. I will never buy chicken nuggets here they are expensive and taste like dirt!!! No wonder kids like them!!!!

The last time we went there, and a few times before.. I've noticed they use the inside drive thru screen when we have to order on the outside.. so it makes it very hard to see the screen if you don't have glasses to see that far away.. so I asked about it.. and they said they CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I mentioned parking a vehicle in the drive thru, (had to do that at an old gas station pump we didn't want anyone using) and he said WE CANT DO THAT and slammed the window shut on me.. so I pulled to the next window. Where they forgot my drink.. where I didn't want hardly any ice... and I mentioned this... and they still tried giving me a lot of ice, and I said I understand you only wanting to give me like 1.5 inches of product in the cup. But the customer is supposed to be right, and the other guy in there was wanting to redo it with even MORE ice.. and less liquid. So I said now I don't want any ice at all, and I'll call corporate.. you guys are being ridiculous. The bigger guy in the second drive thru was trying to tell the younger kid, you neeed to do it this way! And he was trying to be respectful to me, but the other guy was being rude. So this was by far the worst experience I've had. Just like my other experiences where I ask for no middle bun on my big Mac, and they manage to not sub a sesame bun and put it in a pancake container... like?? All I said was I want NO MIDDLE BUN, not no bun at all.. I don't know how that correlated over the radio, but what?

So tired of these conglomerate fools raising prices and skimping on the food products themselves. These new patties they switched to year ago or so have the texture of a cardboard box and taste about the same compared to the all beef patties from days past. I've been going to different McDonald's my entire life. I won't go there anymore and I suggest the same. Plenty of awesome local owned mom n pop family places all over that has bigger portions of honest to God real food. McDonald's has certainly been a let down. Not enough employees so basically only drive through. Sorry McDs... but then again I shouldn't have had to leave a review like this. And nothing against the one posted here at all. I'm talking the restaurant chain itself

Stopped by for a large dr. Pepper with light ice. When I left drive-thru, I noticed that the soda didn't look or taste right. I happened to catch an employee who had finished running another customer's order put to their vehicle. She asked if something was wrong and I told her about my drink not looking or tasting right. She investigated the issue and found that the syrup was out. She was kind enough to change the syrup and bring me a new drink. I didn't catch her name, but her professionalism and compassion were a 10 on a 1-10 scale; 1 being terrible and 10 being excellent.

I went to Mcdonalds for lunch today and ordered a big mac. I got the big mac with ketchup on it. Not a big deal, I went back and asked for another one. They were fine and gave me another one. The one they gave me was the same exact one...nothing was different. Still had ketchup on it. Ketchup does not belong on a big mac. Disappointed.

My experience at this place was absolutely horrible.. we placed s $40 n they messed it up all the way.. we were missing half our food, we showed the staff in drive thru out Receipt showing them what we ordered, n this manager Lynn I think tried to tell us we had to repay for the missing items. Made no dam sense n they were rude bout it..
