I tried to call them for 18 min to cancel my order yes it’s my fault for doing the wrong address but the app did it on it own and it was like the 4th time I called they answered and I told them I want to cancel my order cause I had the wrong store and they said well the foods ready and I told them I’m not going come pick it up cause I’m in Chippewa maybe answer your phone when I want to cancel

Not like in the old days. Forgot my cheese bread. She ended up bringing me some burnt, hard cheese bread but at least she took it off my bill.

So today I placed an online order for:1 Big Dinner Box Garlic Parmesan with Garlic Parmesan, 126 cal/wing1 Single Oven Baked Cheese Alf w Sticks, 880 cal/pan1 Single Oven Baked Meaty w Sticks, 860 cal/ pan1 Order Breadsticks, 137 cal/stick2 Order Marinara, 45 cal/dip1 Big Dinner Box Pan-style Pepperoni Lover's® with Pepperoni, Classic Marinara, 300 cal/slice1 Big Dinner Box Pan-style Create Your Own with Green Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms, Black Olives, Pineapple, Classic Marinara, 290 cal/ sliceAfter getting our food and driving back to Chetek (20minutes) we found that they did not give us any of the 2 orders of breadsticks for the pasta bowls. We attempted to call them and were transferred to the store but they would pick up the phone and hang up immediately. This happened 6 times. Finally decided to drive another 20 minutes up there to pick them up. Waited another 10 minutes for them in the drive up. And proceeded to drive another 20 minutes back home. The service could not be worse, from not being able to read an order properly, to hanging up on customers 6 times in a row. Plus the dine in was not busy as when we drove back the parking lot only had 1 car. Completely ridiculous service.

Orders are always missing something or messed up, no one ever answers the phone when you need to get ahold of them when you have to drive 20 minutes each way to get orders fixed. This has happened multiple times.

45 minute wait to get my breadsticks. No napkins, no utensils, no plate. Ordered cheesy Alfredo, pasta. Waitress made sure that I asked for cheesy Alfredo. Another ten minutes later after my wait on breadsticks, I get chicken Alfredo, in a tin, set on a plate. I told the waitress it was not correct and she argued that I ordered the chicken. At this point, I'm getting Lil mad. Next, she slips over and shows me, that I did order the cheesy. Then she gets an attitude with me and tells me people make mistakes. So at that time, I told I did not get the garlic bread that came with it either. She told me that I said I didn't want it. Never discussed. Told her to take it off my bill and just let me pay for the breadsticks. Manager had to do it. Ten minutes later, I go up front to get the manager as I've already been here an hour for breadsticks. Manager said he could have another pasta done in 7 minutes. I'm like really, I waited 45 minutes to get the first one. No thanks. Manager threw my bill out. People were leaving upset. She can her "f...king", attitude at the door. Don't tell me what I did and did not say!

Listen.. Ryan, the manager at the Rice Lake Pizza Hut, is a certified hoss. We ordered a bunch of pizza, pasta and breadsticks for carry-out through the app, trying to feed a crowd for a kids birthday party. There was a glitch with one of the bundle deals, so we didn’t get all of the pizzas we wanted, instead getting duplicates of the first set of pizzas, and were missing the pastas. Ryan made it right and then some!! He took what could have been a negative review and turned it positive.

We were there on the night of 2/1/2024. They were short on waitresses but told us that in advance. Our waitress was awesome, and our food was great. Done just like we asked. It took a little while but they said it would when we came in so we were alright with that. We will be back.

How? How on Gods green earth could this keep happening to me when I order Pizza Hut?Murphy’s Law? I don’t know but this was your company’s last shot and Pizza Hut ruined it.I literally had to beg my family to give your company one last chance, and boy did that blow up in my face.I received a notification that my “order was ready” as I pulled into the parking lot. I also got an email notification. The email was a pizza email saying my order was messed up.I looked at my account and the money had been taken out of my account!I spoke to three people at the rice lake restaurant. A girl answered the phone, could not help so she went to get the manger. He assured me I was NOT sitting at the drive through window for some reason when I absolutely was, to the point that I asked, “ This is Pizza Hut right?”Then after I convinced him I was at the window and explained everything I explained to you, he couldn’t help and got his boss. She came to window and can you guess what she said, I can’t help you. I don’t blame the workers as they have to work with the system Pizza Hut says they have to use, but someone has to say something about how bad this system really is!So lets recap,I convinced my family to give Pizza Hut one more tryI ordered and money was removed from my accountI pulled into the parking lot and as I did got an email saying my order was messed up, also the app saying my order was doneSo now I sit here at my house, with my wife and four kids with 30.68 less in my account and ZERO PIZZAS!Thanks and good luck, I will never forget this and will tell this story to anyone and everyone that will listen til the end of time.
