Rice Lake location is the worst. Always out of stuff, drinks are never the same 2 times in a row, when I ask for line the cup with caramel and add caramel drizzle and I'm paying for it and don't receive it time after time I get very annoyed. This has never happened at any other location I have been to. Management here is not doing their job correctly. Can't wait for dunkin to open so I can actually get what I order.

I placed a pick up order and waiting for half an hour for the drink got to the window and they said they only had one of my two drinks because they lost my other drink. What is going on that the drive through and in store always takes 20 min or more to get through kind of ridiculous.

it was triple stars and I ordered a mocha cookie crumble and a mint mocha. The girl didn’t scan my phone before she punched the order into the cash register and then head to turn around and tell me that she didn’t give me the triple stars. I think this is ridiculous and they are trainer employees better so they can take care of the public the way they are advertising. This is false advertisement in my book. I’ll just be glad when Dunkin’ Donuts open up and I’ll be going there.Parking: There is plenty of free parking.

Why is it so difficult to get a consistent, timely, good cup of coffee here?Employee turnover is incredibly high here. Management seems to be completely absent, there is very little initiative, communication, or urgency. Customer service is lacking, concerns are never addressed as they should be. Half of the time when you walk in, you aren’t even acknowledged.There is a big problem at this location. The only reason it stays busy is because of the location and app based customers.

This store was out of Strawberry Acai which is my favorite drink but Kendall told me a whole new drink that she made which I believe it was something to do the passion tea lemonade and strawberry puree. It was so good and now my new favorite! She's also super sweet! You can definitely tell she loves and cares about her job and the people around her. She's like a little ball of sunshine. She is always complementing my outfit or something of mine. There's a few other girls there that are super nice as well just don't remember their names. This store is great with their employee choices. ? keep it up everyone!

Shout out to CJ (I hope that's his name) at the Rice Lake Starbucks! This location seems to be going through employees and managers fairly quickly, I almost never see the same people twice. He is the only employee I have personally noticed consistently working and working hard for many months now, not to say there couldn't be more... Many times CJ is working circles around co-workers, sometimes performing multiple tasks, while they dilly dally or mill about doing nothing. The whole time he has a positive, upbeat customer service oriented attitude. I don't know this guy, but he deserves a round of applause and some kind of reward for being a hard working dedicated employee Starbucks! Your customers notice employees that regularly give exemplary service! I hope someone of importance sees this and takes notice as well!

Staff was friendly and the drive through was quick. The order is often incorrect but today was in my favor. The food and coffee were good. The prices are a bit high for what you receive. Still happy to have choices in our small town. Ordered iced caramel macchiato, a small breakfast sandwich and a danish for $15.

Went through the drive thru, Dec 13,2023 around 5 pm ordered a venti pink drink light ice. I have been ordering this drink all over the country as I travel. I’m always very happy with my purchase, however this time it was not a good experience. I got my drink and it was filled to the top with ice after ordering light ice. I asked if they could make it with much less ice ( this has never been an issue at any other location) they remade my drink as requested. I pulled off and took a drink. Omg it was so sour ! I’m not sure how it’s made but I know what it should taste like ! It’s my favorite drink:) It was missing something or made wrong because I couldn’t drink it at all! I was running late for work but went back around thru the drive thru , I told them of my complaint. They seemed frustrated and I was then told by who I think was a manager, that they would make it one more time however if not good enough they would give me a refund or credit. Seems nice enough however, she said it with sarcasm and then rolled her eyes. She was offended as acted as though my request was an inconvenience. I understand people have bad days , but I’ve never had such a rude experience in the many years I’ve been a loyal customer of Starbucks! Very disappointed and this location in Rice Lake is very unprofessional with customer service.I usually don’t post reviews but decided that I would since this was such an unusual experience. Suggestion RETRAIN employees to be consistent with drinks and customer service in drive thru. Suggestion get new management or retrain her in customer service. I’m not the only complaint.

In the past I have given excellent reviews to a lot of Starbucks all across the country and I'm in it. But this Starbucks we did the drive-thru. They messed up our order in every way you possibly could. The chai tea was supposed to be eight pumps. It was not. The sandwich that we ordered was so over microwaved it was unedible. In addition, we asked him for a pup cup. He forgot it when I went back in to ask for the pup cup. He said if you wanted whipped cream on your drink just ask for it. I said I have a very unhappy dog in the car. This gentleman has no idea what service is. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks. When I tried to tell him about the sandwich he said just another complaint. Well there's an old saying about that. If he doesn't have a job he won't hear complaints

I waited a long time for my drink. i asked for no strawberries which i got, but she had to dump out the first time. i asked for extra base and did not get any, and the whole up is ice. basically tastes like water. waste of my money and time. usually i’m understanding but this is actually ridiculous. will not be coming here again.
