this is how i got my pizza on 4/20/24 and this isn't the first time something like this happened.

I order pizza weekly for a small group I host, and they always have my order right and ready to go on time. I also appreciate the free plates and napkins!Dietary restrictions: Good gluten free pizza for our daughter who has Celiac disease.

Ordered a $34 order at 7 pm. Using the cell phone Domino's tracker app, it said at 7:34 that someone was on their way w my order. I waited on my breezeway step. By 7:44, called. Was told by manager Jaimie that person was on their way after stopping at college, and system was "down", & they couldn't do anything about it. Person didn't arrive at my house, till nearly 8 pm. Was unapologetic, throwing his hands up and shrugging, smiling like it was some inside joke. Pizza at that time was lukewarm, & had to be put in microwave. I am literally 5 minutes down the road! Will not be ordering again!!

Ordered food by calling it in. The man on the phone was extremely confused as I gave him a college building to drop it off and kept asking for an address, but the building is the address… Then the delivery man was extremely rude and yelled at me because he was wasting his time trying to figure out where to take the pizza. Mostly due to the fact that the person I talked to never put the building I told him to deliver it to. Rather the address with all the buildings attached. So the delivery dude got mad because he couldn’t figure out the place to drop it off to. The minute I came out he yelled at me for wasting his time and said “you need to tell them what building.” I did…Repeatedly. He proceeded to say, “this is not okay because he had to wait.” The delivery man then threw delivery bag in the back of his car and slammed the door shut with an attitude. I’ve never experienced such a poor attitude due to confusion that was not even my fault! Don’t waste your time if you’re a college kid on campus. I would give it zero stars if I could.

For the last few months it's been consistent with orders missing items, wrong items, or near 2 hour waits. Then it turns into a 3-5 day waiting period to get money back. I get that there are busy days but it's been going on for far too long.

Lately we have been ordering about 1 1/2 hrs before our break time to make sure we can eat on break and they still show up late and pizza isn't even cut all the way. This location is getting really bad with customer service.
made the mistake of sticking up for an employee from another employee and they made it sound ok but my pizza sucked and it was burnt never will order from there again

I placed my online order right when they opened at 11:00 am; 1 order of wings and some bread...that's it. I called to check on the order 1-1/2 hours later and sat on hold for 5 minutes. I called back a second time and sat on hold again for another few minutes. I was then told my order was out for delivery. 1-1/2 hours later, I was rewarded with the most rubbery chicken that I've ever had. TOTALLY NOT SATISFIED WITH TODAY'S SERVICE.

While the pizza is just pizza and glad it's there in a pinch...WHY don't the coupons on line ever work? Then the stor says there's nothing they can do. Why offer them if they don't work?
