Yesterday, my patience was really tested as I stood in line for a whopping 45 minutes. It seemed like they were understaffed, with just one person juggling all the orders. Surprisingly, once I placed my order, the food came out quick and was honestly delicious. But, a big letdown were the chairs - super uncomfortable. Even with the tasty meal, the overall experience makes me hesitant to go back.

We popped in here on a recent visit to nearby Fox Lake. Great little Wisco brewery gem! KBC offers a wide selection of crafted beers. I got a 6-beer flight and all were good. Standout beers included the Citra Spice IPA, Knuth Classic lager, and the Blue Eyed Blonde ale. Bartenders were welcoming and explained what's available. They have a kitchen. The wood fire pizza was amazing, great accompaniment to the beers. Wings need some work. Great homey vibe with lots of local folks hanging out. Very family friendly - my kids enjoyed our meal. Definitely be in for a visit next time we're in the area.Kid-friendliness: Board games available. Very family friendly vibe, menu, and seating.

Ordered the beer flight, wings, and two personal size wood fired pizzas. Delish. The Thai chili wings were perfect. We had the chicken pesto pizza and Dave's Favorite pizza. Both were excellent. As for beers we loved the Blue Eyed Blond and the IPA. We had no problem finding a table for four but we arrived at 230 in a Saturday. When we left around 430 people were waiting for tables. It is a beer hall so you have to find your own seating and it's a little bit of a scramble trying to find a table when it's busy. Knuth just bought and fixed up a new location down the street which will be able to accommodate more people. Highly recommend!

Had heard (and read) the wood-fired wings were really good. And, they are. These are probably the best wood-fired wings we've had. Nice, big, and very tasty. The sauces are good, but wish they offered more. Check them out.

Excellent wood-fire pizza. Tried Dave's Fave, chicken pesto, and Thai pizzas. Crust had a nice chew to it. Would recommend decreasing the salt a little. Nice atmosphere. The owner was manning the pizza pit, can tell he takes pride in his art.

We stopped during EAA week, so it was probably a little busier than usual but still not much of a wait to order and then sit at a table. There is a cute little downtown area in Ripon to check out as well. We will definitely be back when up in Green Lake area.
