Very poor customer serviceWe had only been to this restaurant once years ago, but tonight we went for the second time in 4 months. Both times the food was good overall. Some of the chicken was overcooked and some of it wasn’t hot but that is to be expected in a buffet. It was clean and pleasant inside.But both times, the service wasn’t just bad, it was non-existent. I go here all the time and usually the food is pretty good and the staff or more than friendly but this last time was hands down the worst it started with me getting my food and when I sat down to eat one of the chicken stick it was splintered in the middle so I was chewing broken pieces of wood and one stabbed me in the mouth I figured it was a honest mistake so I decided to eat the sweet and sour chicken and the first peice I ate had hair baked into it I spit it grossed out...read full review
