Stopped through the drive thru on our way home to Plymouth. Got home to find out they forgot our sauces (that we paid extra for) and on top of that multiple black hairs in chicken sandwich. Absolutely disgusting. I definitely would appreciate a refund. I don’t even care for free food.
We stopped at Burger King in Saukville, WI. It was around 7pm. We ordered and it seemed that the drive thru had priority. We waited about 20 minutes but when we got our food it was hot and very good and tasty! Maybe they were short on workers but you have to remember the customers who choose to dine in. There were other people waiting inside for orders also.
