“My mom and I visited Mel’s today on our ladies day out and enjoyed an amazing breakfast and iced coffee. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the service was amazing! We were treated so kindly… the girls working there were outstanding! We decided that we will be visiting Mel’s again soon and will try to make the trip from Appleton to visit as much as we can.“
“I had received the wrong curbside order (must have been mixed up with another curbside order). I called the store to let them know about the mix up and I thought they closed breakfast at 10am (it was 9:50 am when I got back home), the wonderful lady I spoke to on the phone not only told me they would remake the correct order but also informed me they had breakfast going til 1030am, so I had plenty of time to come back for it as I only lived about 5ish min away. They were very helpful and kind with getting me the correct order!“
“Very nice place that offers some neat sandwichs and great coffee and teas. The atmosphere is nice inside and looks are deceiving as they offer more seating in the back area. My only issue is the lack of customer service. The food is decent but no one ever asked how things are. If we need anything or really said anything at all. When our food was brought to the table it was just here you go. Don't get me wrong everyone is very nice and friendly but I don't get that warm customer service feel. The chai tea was great and the selection they offer is awesome. Overall a neat place a good stop when you are thirsty or looking for a snack.“
