Food wasn't cooked fully i had the chicken chimichanga and the red rice was burnt,beans cold,supposed to be deep fried tortilla was soggy and no flavor.. it was a disappointment.

The Barria tacos w/consommé was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be returning. No pics I was busy eating! Had a couple sides to try a few things. Rice & beans are good not that plain rice like everyone else serves.Parking: Plenty of parking

The Diablo Fries are my favorite, but everything I have ordered has been delicious. The staff are friendly and the service is great.

The food was above average for not being Mexico or a border state. What got me was that they wanted a whole dollar for a glass to get water, and they think I'm going to pay 2-3$ higher per menu item than anywhere else. Customer service was so so about average at best. I've eaten in 3 times and taken out twice. Average order was $55-65. Inside is shoddy overall and could use at least a cheap $600 remodel, the place is usually torn up a little, and cleanness would be below average due to lack of regular trash emptying, food staying on tables for an hour while employees talk.The cheap 20cent Styrofoam glass of water for a buck and disrespectful attitude just wraps up this place for me.

I stopped here and tried a tamale and we each had a margarita. The atmosphere is comfortable and the service is good. Im from the Milwaukee area and really love and miss El Rey tamales! So I thought I'd try one here and hopefully buy a pack of them.I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the tamales was. It was the BEST one I ever had! Yes I'm saying it. Better than El Rey tamales!!! They've been number one for years!If the rest of their food is as good as the tamale then I'll be a regular.I'd give them 5 stars for the food but the blended margarita was one of the worst I've had :(. I asked for sugar around the rim and she used salt yuk!! It tasted like it came from a can.They'd be too notch if they could make their blended margaritas from scratch. JS

Food is good but the experience was a little strange. It's kind of like a Mexican McDonald's or something where you order and pay for your food at the counter and then go get your food when it's ready. Also they don't have a very big variety but like I said the food is good.Parking: Little parking lot right in front
Service was great. Server greeted us when we walked in the door. We ordered and the price was perfectly suited for how good the food was (quantity was good too). Higher quality food needs a higher price and this suited it well. Will come again (nachos were great)

Just a cute old school diner serving the BEST tacos in NE Wisconsin. They have the juiciest birria tacos and the cabeza tacos were dynamite too! I will be making more trips to Shawno just to eat here!

This is one of the best places around Shawano to eat. A huge step up from the last Mexican restaurant! The food, speed and service are always excellent. I've never had a complaint. We eat here 4-5 times a month and I've had most things on the menu. Some favorites are: quesidilla tropicana, chilaquiles, rellenos, chimichanga and huevos rancheros.The only thing I'd add is that I wish I could order more things with steak instead of hamburger - but that's just me. There are steak options, I just would like more f them.

This place has a bit of a different setup for ordering but it was kind of neat. You order right at the counter but the food is just incredible. The flavor of everything is just wonderful and how everything is prepared....wow! If you are looking for true authentic Mexican food this place wins. The staff was super friendly too!
