7pm only dark meat x crispy, lobby soda machine all apart for the day, everything all cleaned up trash empty. Instructed to place dirty tray on counter as not to put any trash in the receptacle. Manager loud in back about having to shut down the lobby because of soda machine etc.

I will not return to this location, my 10 dollar lunch cost me 160 dollars for car repair. The pot holes in the drive way are not car friendly. Your driveway and drive thru needs serious work.Parking: Pothole heaven

Do NOT go here!! If I could give no stars, I would. Pot holes are massive, and they will severely damage your vehicle. The entire entrance and drive thru have the deepest and largest pot holes I've ever seen! Many people's cars have already been damaged by the holes. The owners don't care. This lot has been terrible for years, and they won't fix it. All you get is a canned response if you complain. Staff are just as frustrated as patrons.This location runs out of chicken daily, so make sure you call ahead!Check the order before leaving. Never get it right, and hot foods are cold. You will likely get sick from anything you eat here.Long John Silvers is no longer available even though the signs are still up! It's disgusting how much the place is run down. Inside is filthy. Check your receipt as they often overcharge or just give you a completely wrong order. We have tried giving them several chances and no longer willing to get ripped off or poisoned.Large orders or all white meat buckets, call ahead, or it's a 30-50 minute wait. Even if you are the only customer there.If any business in Shawano should be shut down for safety reasons, THIS IS IT!I don't know how they are still open. Well, most days, they close early. Sometimes, right after lunch, it closes.Parking: Horrendous pot holes!!! Stay away from the west entrance and drive thru. These are the biggest and deepest holes. They will tear off your trim and undercarriage. At best, you might escape with only gouged rims or tires. At worst, your entire exhaust will be ripped off. Don't expect to be reimbursed for any damages either. The company owners do not care and will not answer or return any calls. Countless people have complained and gotten nowhere. They won't even fill them with gravel anymore. Same people who own Taco Bell down the street. We will drive to Green Bay before risking our vehicle again.

Was passing through town and seen kfc so we decided to go in. Cashier was picking her nose as we came in and the place was overall a not good sight. While waiting for food I seen the workers not using gloves making the sandwich's and right after eating the food that’s supposed to be for customers. My girlfriend used the bathroom and said it needed to be serviced badly. Food was cold and could very easily tell not fresh at all. To top it off the parking lot was horrible. I don’t usually leave reviews but this was a very very unpleasant experience. We ended up throwing away all of our food (took 2 bites) then walking out. I don’t recommend

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Don't even attempt to walk in this place. It is filthy, The food is horrible, cold, majority of the items on the menu they were out. Enter at your own risk. One of the worst restaurants I think I've ever walked in to.
