We came to Pizza Hut New Year's Eve day about 1:00p.m. My husband Paul fell on the sidewalk, he cut his finger. We went into the building from the parking lot. It was an area of glaze ice. We approached the manager who said they could not put salt on the sidewalk because it was new concrete. He also indicated that he had requested sand, which had still not arrived. We asked why there was no measures taken to protect the customer. When asked why there was no sign letting the customer know of slippery conditions, he said he was having trouble with the computer. There was no apology or asking if Paul was ok. We are senior citizens and are incredibly disappointed at the way this was handled. We felt disrespected. We left without ordering anything.

Called in order 18 bone in chicken wings I asked if I could get 6 of one kind, 6 of another and 6 of another,I wanted to test them differently to see what I like, they said "No"! Wow the word every customer loves to hear. They said 9 of one and 9 of the other, okay, I ordered a pizza too. I go to pay and pick up and asked for ranch suase for 19 wings he gave me two sauces, 18 wings 2 sauces lol I felt like Oliver when I asked for more please and he said that I'd have to pay for them, I just paid $53 I'll never step foot on there again

Went to eat with my husband and kids. Food tasted terrible the service was some of the worst I’ve experienced. The server took our order never came back to check on us we had to go up and ask for drinks we got our pizza and never received our two orders of breadsticks. Had to go up and ask for our bill. I do not recommend going here

I ordered a pizza for my kids and it came uncut and cold. I had to warm it up to eat after cutting it myself. Called to complain and they wouldn’t refund it, would only remake one (which was pointless bc we didn’t need 2 as I can’t eat it). They delivered the new one, didn’t knock on the door or anything so I had no idea when it was delivered. Just left it on the porch. By the time I realized it, it was obviously cold and once again, not cut. Extremely irritated.
