Horrible place. Hate this Taco Bell in Shawano. Train your employees some customer service! It ruins my day with all their attitude. How hard is it to say “Have a nice day” after handing out the food.! Wish I could give 0 STARS!!

look, I don’t mind a ghetto lil tbell with funny/kind workers . I come here pretty frequently, but this last time I went I ended up with food poisoning. Pls fix this, I love y’all but I don’t love being bedridden for 24+ hrs ?

It wasn't a bad taco bell experience but I've definitely had better. I would comeback to this place. But only if I have to. I feel like the poor customer service has alot to do with how much they pay their employees. Every other taco bell in wisconsin pays more. Only paying your employees $9 an hour instead of the 14 or 15 it is in most places really shows how much you care about the customer service being provided to customers. If they don't care about their employees why would they care about their customers.
No onions means no onions! Allergy!!!! How do you get that wrong 2 times in a row? If your going to eat here go during the day hopefully the staff understands allergies and the difference between "no" and "extra"Dietary restrictions: Allergy to onion deathly allergic!!!!
Absolute garbage. My food looked like it fell on the floor and was tossed back in the wrapper. No meat in my tacos, everything was cold and I haven’t heard back about a refund from the app that I placed my order through. So I’m just out 20.00. Thanks Taco Bell.

Today me and my mom went inside and when we went inside no one said hi or anything so you didn't feel welcome there at all. Besides that an employee told us I'm busy so you can either wait or we could put our own order in but it wasn't even working. That was the worst atmosphere, customer service, everything and I'll never be back.
Every-time I come to Taco Bell and I hear Keaden I know the foods the gonna be good, when I’m with my buddy and we come here it brightens our day taking our order.
