I order from this location quite a bit. I have never had a bad situation with them like I did tonight. My order included pasta with breadsticks deal. They delivered it and I opened my order to find no breadsticks. I called the store and told the lady who answered what happened. There was no apology. She said "do you want another delivered or do you want credit?" I was hungry for breadsticks so I asked to have one delivered to me. She said it would be about 45 minutes which I wasn't thrilled about but I understood it was a busy time of the day for delivery. I got the breadsticks delivered and Tony surprise it came with no sauce! You'd think if you messed up an order you'd double check before bringing the new order out. Looks like I'm going to have to take my business somewhere else!

Yuck. Start by cleaning the gum off the wall. Cold food. Watch the people at the salad bar. Seen a guy dip his fingers in the ranch salad dressing for a taste. How nice

Ordered a cheesy bites pizza and it was cold when it showed up, along with the crust was still raw. Driver was rude and said next time pick up during snow storms we don't like endangering our drivers Call somewhere else

Pizza Hut has been a part of my life going back to getting my Book-It pizzas as a kid, and even today they still hold up to great standards, especially for a worldwide chain. I too, got delivery on a Sunday during the day, and must have gotten the same driver as the gentleman in the past review. There is limited times for delivery in my area, and the driver used the same term, "Get Out of Jail Free Card". But my experience was totally different. She was very pleasant, and we were thankful she came out to us anyways, despite the limited hours. The internet site did not explain this, and she acknowledged that, but now we know, and we can plan accordingly. We always get smiles from the drivers, and one of them even gives treats to my dog! You don't see that much these days, and I will continue to order from Pizza Hut.

Call another Pizza Hut!! So I'm having an excellent Sunday with my family who's in from out of town, enjoying the company and NFL football. Saturday night was a good night out and we had a good hankering for some pizza. This being my first time ordering pizza in Sheboygan, we looked up Pizza Hut online and placed an order pretty effortlessly through their online ordering system. It really is a terrific website and for those customers who are any bit tech savvy it's a great way to order without having to call and battle the noise of a pizza kitchen in the background. Now to the real meat of the story. We had been waiting just about an hour for the pizza as they said it would be between 30 to 40 minutes for delivery. I called the location and they said that someone was finally on their way. 15 minutes after that the pizzas finally arrived. We got it and said thank you, but she stopped me and said to me "This is your one get out of jail free card. We typically do not deliver during the times of 2-4 to your area, so next time you're just going to have to get in your car and pick the pizza up. We just won't deliver out here next time." Are you KIDDING me? How the heck was I supposed to know that?! I know I did place the order online but you do have to provide a phone number, so pick up the phone and call me! Don't patronize me with a get out of jail free card. You have to be joking. I have 3 pizza huts within distance and will definitely be giving any and all of my business to the other locations. Terrible customer service.
