It use to be great but the new owner is rude
I was charged an up charge for things which was fine but when my 2 sandwiches were made incorrectly, I asked for it to be fixed and the new owner argued with me about the sandwiches, blamed me for him making it wrong and was completely rude and condescending to me.
The owner also started arguing with staff yelling into the back room while making the sandwiches about issues with an employee and they were vacuuming right next to making our food.
In addition no one has their hair tied back. They have long hair hanging down when they are making food. A baseball hat doesn’t protect long hair from falling into the food. We won’t be going back unless there are new owners.
The new owners are not very sanitary, unprofessional and rude to their customers and to their employees in front of customers

The younger gentleman working here was so sweet and had a lot on his plate for one person! Can’t say enough good things about this place. He was even very nice and patient to the crabby lady in line ahead of us. Good job

I ordered ahead a dozen bagels with cream cheese for an event. They were ready and everything was freshly made and tasted great.
Not as good as manitowoc the muffins were stale and dry but the bagel with strawberry cream cheese was good.
