Everytime I've went in they're out of something and the workers are incredibly rude, the ice cream was good at least.

Would you like some ice cream cake with your frosting?My kids love cold stone birthday cakes. This year they must have been running low on ice cream. The layer of frosting all around the cake was thicker than the ice cream. Each kid had a huge pile of frosting left over on their plate.This is a review of the cake not the store.

Always a friendly service and excellent attitude by the workers. It's great for occasionally stopping in and getting ice cream.
It was surprisingly busy on Saturday afternoon and a single young man was holding down the fort. He was doing a fantastic job, but we saw 2 groups leave the line which we guessed was out of impatience. It would be nice if the employee had more help.

There is no changing tables for babies. So I laid a blanket down and changed my daughter on the table because it was my only option. (No one else in the store but the worker and me and my baby, my toddler and friend.) my friend went up to order and he started yelling at her about how I was changing my daughter and that I’m not allowed to do that in there tables. We told him there were no changing tables and I had the table covered. He proceeded to yell and tell us it’s gross and that he's job isn’t to clean and disinfect tables it was to make ice cream. So we told him we were taking our business somewhere else and he said “good” and we left. Such poor customer service. We won’t be going back. Someone I know also had a poor/rude experience with the same dude.

Just moved to the area and have heard this ice cream is the best. My family just had to try it out. Absolutely did not disappoint! Great staff and very fun environment! You rock cold stone!

I went into cold stone yesterday with my crutches since I have a broken leg, and these two very sweet young girls carried my ice cream to my car since I could not. I didn’t even have to ask them, they were just so generous. Me, being a little old lady, appreciated that sort of kindness. I will never go to another cold stone creamery again because I loved seeing their sweet faces and am so grateful they helped me out:)

Hello! I rarely leave reviews unless I’ve had an incredibly memorable visit- which I can say with undying certainty that this cold stone creamery gifted me with. I was greeted with laughter from two young girls the second I entered, bringing a smile to my face. They were so full of light and joy, and made me feel as though I’ve known them for years rather than a mere 2 minutes. The best part of my day! I hope to see these girls around Sheboygan more often, and if not I will definitely be scouting them out here!

It was my first time visiting this location today while I was on a day trip from Chicago with my husband and children. The girls behind the counter were incredibly kind and helpful during our entire visit. It was my husbands first time at Cold Stone and was unsure of what to order, but the girls gave him several suggestions and were extremely patient with our whole family?. The only complaint I have is the inappropriate behavior by one of the male employees towards the younger girls. These girls are clearly around 18-20 years old and their middle aged male coworker was clearly making them uncomfortable. Seeing him interact with them as well as hearing the things he said to them made my husband and I uncomfortable as well. Other than that, our service was wonderful and the ice cream was delightful!

Walked in and was greeted with big smiles from the 2 female employees. I fell walking in the door as I was staring at those ginormous, welcoming smiles, and then the male employee had the audacity to laugh at me, I felt so embarrassed I had to leave because of him. Truly will never go back there because of that employee. Beyond grateful for the 2 employees that asked me if I was okay, and if I needed any ice.
