If there was a negative star I would do it. We ordered our food online. Showed up when it said our food was done and ready for pickup. Claimed they didn't see it on their register. But accepted the order proof in a message to my husband's phone. They kept telling us 15 to 20 minutes and it's almost done, but proceeded to make every order that came in after us. While we sit there and are so hungry that we feel like we are going to puke and have kids at home crying because they are so hungry. An hour later we finally got our food!! This is ridiculous! I'm glad they are going out of business! I have never had such awful service before! On top of the fact that nothing was offered to make it better for their mess up! They just said "Sorry". Food safety was not in play at all. No hairnets, no handwashing, the lady at the register was in a tanktop and kept going in the kitchen! We definitely will not be going back again!

Ordered broasted chicken and potatoes. The put the 2 coleslaw sides in with the hot food which melted the caps along with the fact they were upside down with hot food... Everything was soaked in coleslaw juice and the chicken was not cooked all the way through! Not sure why their food is so different than it ever used to be... Won't be eating here again...

We ordered around 8pm tonight (Monday) on a whim because we hadn't had Nicky's in years! The staff was super friendly, our sausage pizza was amazing and huge! The cheese curds were plentiful and delicious as well! Their ranch tastes homemade and was great with the pizza and curds! We got a ton of food for the price and definitely will be back!!

This used to be 1 of our favorite places to eat when passing thru Sheboygan. When we stopped last time, something felt way off. There were flys in all stages of their lives flying around everywhere. The waitress gave us 2 menus, the normal Nicky's menu and some menu about tacos and Mexican food. I loved Nicky's lasagna, so of course that's what I ordered. We waited for what seemed like forever to get our food. My lasagna consisted of lasagna noodles with a few crumbles of meat and the whole dish tasted like green olives. My son ordered the spaghetti and meatballs (his favorite) the meatballs were just that, balls of hamburger meat. No flavor, no seasonings, just plain meat. So sad to say that after many years of loving Nicky's, we have officially crossed this place off our list. We won't be returning... Ever!

We are staying from out of town. Wanted to try a local place. We did pick up. The food was on time and HOT. A lot of cheese and a lot of sauce. The overall flavor was good, simple and fairly plain. I would likely try some other pizza locations before coming back again.The staff in the restaurant did not have their hair restrained and were not observed doing any hand hygiene. Some basic food safety practice training would be recommended.

Nickys in Sheboygan was very kind to make a pizza for me while I waited. It was very good. I went for a pick up, but my order was not there. As I looked at my printed out receipt of my on line order, I then realized I accidentally ordered on line from a different Nickys in a different state. Problem solved, Thank You
