You used to be able to get some pretty amazing deals online through the Papa Johns app but now you have to order through a different app like Uber eats or cash app because the papa Johns app doesn’t allow you to log in. You end up getting charged $9-10 service and delivery and are still requested to leave a tip of 15-20% of that total making your order like $50 for a small pizza and cheese sticks. I guess I just miss my free pizza every month in all

My order was supposed to be ready in 25 minutes. After an hour I drove over they told me ten minutes. After 10 minutes it still had not even been prepared. No customer service what so ever. A worker was complaining there was no where to park also...well if 10 people weren't all waiting for orders it wouldn't be an issue. Asked for a refund after an hour and 15 minutes. Stupid.

I would like to publicly apologize to Chris that was working night shift on OCT 31st try to contact store to apologize to him but there is 3 different one so Chris if you are reading I’m sorry for not addressing you correctly and being disrespectful in any kind of way that day was a very tired long day and the issue with delivery was more than I could take I did not manage that situation correctly for that in sorry. The service is bad. I placed my order in at 5:56p.m. for delivery. I called after no food for 2hours. When called the first time I was hung up on, so called again and spoke to manager and wear is my pizza that was placed 2hrs ago. Manger say’s waiting on drivers. I demanded my delivery charges and tip be refunded at once and I’m coming to get my food. So now I have to drive across town that should have been delivered an hour and half ago. Not good service and don’t recommend for that. Plus for got garlic sauce with our pizza. Pizza was Luke warm at best. Stay away and don’t waste your time!!
