Not sure why but their staff has treated me very disrespectfully on several occasions. The first time was about a month ago when I attempted to place an order on my way home from work. The gentleman hung up on me? ? Confused... but pretty sure listing my toppings couldn't have upset anyone, I just went to the store and ordered there.Then last week I again ordered on my way home, the gentleman told me it would be about 15-20 mins. I arrived at the store in about 10mins going directly from work and just thought I would wait, however, he rudely commented on my arriving early and then the woman making my pizzas was very rude? Today I thought I would try again realizing they are very busy on Tuesdays...even though I was still feeling like I was on an episode of Seinfeld. He asked what I wanted and as I was trying to tell him he kept saying, "what do you want, repeatedly? I politely said I was trying to to tell him...however I am just done with their poor service and hostile employees. I'll take my business where it's appreciated. Sad, it's good pizza but it's not okay to treat people that way and no pizza is worth that.

Went to pick up family size pizza today and called it in on 10/30/23 yesterday. The pizza wasn't made yet. Unreal. Don't know if we will get a pizza next year.

WAGE THEFT ADMITTED BY THE BUSINESS OWNERWe ordered 5 $10 stuffed crust pizzas, 1 was made with the wrong toppings. We notified the store immediately and were told we needed to talk to the owner. We were told the owner would contact us back and they would leave a message for her. Well several days went by and we never heard back from the owner. So finally we called back and the owner said they needed to talk about it and they would contact us back, but once again they never called us back. So after another week, we called the owner back and when talking to her (she was INCREDIBLY rude) she told us that we got a good enough deal on our pizza and she didn't care that it was made incorrectly because it was "too good of a deal anyways" . After we pressed her, she also said that the most that she would do would be maybe a $2 off a pizza. She also said if we absolutely insisted on her remaking the pizza the right way like we paid for initially, that she was going to MAKE THE EMPLOYEE PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR THE PIZZA. This is an ILLEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICE and she should be reported to the labor and wage board.IF YOU'RE AN EMPLOYEE HERE, PLEASE KNOW THAT SHE'S NOT ALLOWED TO DEDUCT THINGS FROM YOUR WAGES LIKE THAT AND YOU CAN REPORT HER FOR WAGE THEFT!!

Very skimpy on the toppings. For that high price (22 bucks for a large garlic chicken with very little chicken), youve gotta be kidding me.
They told me to come in to pick up my order but when I got there they had gave my items to someone else. I actually had to sit and listen to the manager yell at those kids working there to remake my order.

Typically like papa Murphys pizza, but this location is only open til 630??? Even on the weekends? All closed up before you can decide what you want for dinner. Why even bother???

Northside Sheboygan Papa Murphy's. Horrible pizza. The thin crust pizza we usually order tasted nothing like it usually does. Poorly managed, poor customer service, and not good pizza!

Ordered pizza on line at 11am for a 2:30 pick up. Walked in at 2:40 and my pizza wasn’t done. Asked when it would be done and the smart Alec girl said “don’t know we are out of supplies. I saw at least ten “done” pizzas in the pick up tray and saw they had order times of 1:00 and later! She lied to me and said they were all ordered before mine. I asked for a refund and they got belligerent and started making my pizza. I will NEVER visit a Papa Murphy’s again and if it was my store everyone there “except Tony” would be fired. I have visited this location at least once a week since they opened. NEVER AGAIN! Ever!
