This was worst fast food experience I've had in years, my wife and I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and some cajun fries. The chicken sandwiches had too much breading (burnt) and were cold. The fries were also cold and soggy, what made it even worse was how rude the staff was.

So sad this place started off strong and has already gone terrible. They keep forgetting our food or giving me the wrong order! When you try to talk to the manager, Amanda or Ashley or something, she is rude and unhelpful. I was so excited when Popeyes came but I won’t be going back unless they can learn to get people’s orders correct and not take an attitude when I very politely try to just let them know I got the wrong food. Still left with more wrong food and a worse taste in my mouth from their poor service.

Food is Popeyes, employees are rocks. Watching the arguing from the drive through pay window i knew i should have checked my order... That one is on me...2 big box orders, one white meat, one dark, one classic, one spicy, both with slaw, one with Cajun fries, one with beans and rice side of shrimp... We got two boxes, both dark, neither spicy, no fries, no sauce for shrimp...i think next time I'll walk in and if i see a restaurant full of incompetent arguing employees I'll go elsewhere

Ordered 2 blackened chicken meals. The chicken was old and dried out . The outside of the chicken was like jerky. The only good thing was the coleslaw. Not worth $21 and some change for 2 sandwiches and 2 small sides.

I’ve gone here at least three times already and each time the chicken sandwiches I ordered were dry and hard to chew. The fries are always cold and stale. The only things that seem to be fresh and not old are the wings. I wish they had more menu items like kids meals. I’ve dined in twice and the parking lot is horrible. Not a lot of space outside or inside. Dining area is always dirty. Customer service could be better. Employees don’t seem to be very enthusiastic.

The first time I went to this place, I was treated poorly. The lady tried telling me that what I wanted to order was not on the menu when I could clearly see it I felt like I had to raise my voice so that she can understand and she did find it in the endordeal took about 10 minutes just to place an order. I waited about 15 minutes for the order on my second visit. I was completely ignored. I would like to say that it was the same cashier lady, but the first day she was wearing a mask so I don't know I was interested in placing an order along with picking up a DoorDash but after seeing how busy they were I changed my mind, I was standing in line waiting to inform them that I had a Doordash to check in. I was completely ignored and bypassed by other customers to the point where I didn't no longer feel comfortable talking to the cashier. I thought she had a personal problem with me overall after waiting 32 minutes for a DoorDash that was already complete sitting on the counter since I had walked in the only reason why it wasn't given to me was because I was ignored this experience overall kills the idea of me going back to that company to pick up a DoorDash or even buy food for myself or my family. I do not recommend this location travel to Manitowoc where you're treated better and the food is somewhat all right.
