The food was mediocre. The steak was not cooked the way I asked for it to be. The server was not that great and payed more attention to the other tables than to ours. I still left her a almost $20 tip. Just decided we won't eat there again for a while. Don't judge people by what they wear it was a lazy day. My partner said I should have left a lesser tip but I know that's how they survive.

Me and the girlfriend went in for a burger and steak. I order my burger medium rare and received a well over done burger I also asked for mayo and never received it. My girlfriend ordered a medium rare 6 oz steak, half of the steak appeared to be not cooked at all and the other half done as rare. We asked for the manager and told her we are not going to pay for this food as I didn’t eat my burger and only a quarter of the steak was ate. She said that she would take off the burger but not the 6oz steak because to much was ate already I wish i would’ve gotten a picture of the two pieces missing from the steak. Denise is what the manager claimed her name to be she was short and had blue makeup all around her eyes and lips not very professional. I told her we were going to tip our waiter pay for our drinks and leave but she threatened us with the cops. Denise was a very unprofessional women and almost seemed to be coked out the way she was looking at us and treating us i hope she realizes her mistakes and prays for herself tonight.

Avoid this one. Go down the street!First Salad never arrived! Served a Burnt steak sent it back then the manager brought it back proceeded to tell me that she put a glove on and touched my steak and it was soft and I should cut into it! It was well Far cry from medium rare ribeye!! I'm could flake the char off. The steak and mushrooms were inedible!! ?. Avoid this one!

This restaurant ruined my engagement party...So disappointed with our experience there on 3/1/24.Just a heads up, if you have more than 10 people in your party, you will NOT sit next to each other. They'll push 2 tables together to seat 10 and any more people that you have will sit in a separate booth/table, so half of your party's backs will be turned to them. Then, when you ask why you don't have a table with the correct number of seats, the staff will stare at you like you're from another planet.Aside from the terrible seating arrangements, the food was a sorry excuse for Texas Roadhouses's normal. 2 people in our party ordered prime rib, which we were told was available in ALL sizes when we ordered. About 45 minutes later, our waitress came over, told us it was no longer available, and that she took it upon herself to substitute ribeyes for the no longer available prime rib. I have never been to a restaurant that didn't ASK before substituting anything- how unprofessional. Once our food arrived, 5 (out of 14) people in our party's food was lukewarm or cold. When we told our food runner this, she looked at us hesitantly, almost like she didn't believe us. Maybe they remade the food or maybe they heated up our original food, but we waited for an additional 30 minutes, on top of the 1 hour + that we waited originally. So ridiculous. Alisa, brought back new shrimp for my grandmother. To our not-so-surprise, the shrimp were still just as cold as the original entrée, and were able to be handled without utensils. When we had told her the shrimp were still not of desirable temperature, she said "yes they are." and walked away...? I have never seen such a sorry excuse for a "manager" anywhere, and she should really get some sort of attitude check. If she comes by your table at TXRH, RUN!With everything going on in the restaurant, the staff is still too busy line dancing and screaming about someone's birthday when multiple tables, including ours, had several empty drinks and had requests for things that were forgotten in the kitchen... very annoying to all patrons I believe.Finally we had met the manager, Chris, who seemed to be the only logical and competent manager in the building. He had asked me how to make things correct, but I'm not sure why it is my job as a patron to make a suggestion for the establishment's disorganization..?From start to finish, our experience was a disaster. We all left vowing to never return. My engagement party was ruined, but hopefully we can laugh about this at the wedding.

Got the black Friday deal for free monthly steak dinner. so u get a voucher for each month.
