Hired for wedding. Family was nice. Food was absolutely delicious, but the vendor was paid to smoke on site all day and did not show up until very shortly before dinner was supposed to be served. We paid for a larger number of guests than what showed up to the wedding, over a 30 people difference and we never received any of the extra food. Guests saw the catering team take leftovers of the food back to their truck. Paid for time and vendors left early due to rain. Would have appreciated the leftovers that we paid for.

The trailer came to my work for lunch time. Some of the best brisket I have had. Falls apart and nice smoke ring. Need to compliment you on your beautiful Myron Mixon smoker also. If you are into BBQ, you know who Myron Mixon is. As soon as I saw that smoker in your trailer, I knew I was going to get good BBQ

We had 4 Schmidts and Giggles cater for our wedding and it was amazing! The absolute best bbq! Multiple people at the wedding said it was the best meal they have had at a wedding yet! Such an amazing, hard working family! Highly recommend!
We hired 4 Schmidts and Giggles for our wedding and they killed it!!! I could some up this whole review in a few words SMOKED QUESO AND SMOKED MAC & CHEESE!!!! I mean, need I say more?! But seriously, the best BBQ ever!!! Everyone was raving about their food and we passed along their information to several guests that were asking. We were fortunate enough to stumble upon their food truck while at winery in Fond du Lac last summer and were blown away. I knew at that moment we had to have them cater our wedding. Tina was so kind and easy to work with. Very responsive and answered all my questions without hesitation, I had 100% trust in them from the very start.Their two sons are incredibly hard-working and so polite! We were blown away from the beginning at how professional the whole team was. The pulled pork and brisket was to die for and all the fixings were superb! They do several events around the Fox Valley area and as always on the move, be sure to check out their Facebook page to see where you can catch them next, you won’t be disappointed!
