I know this just had nothing to do with food, service or atmosphere.The interviewing process sucks! Who interviews really on Saturday during the busy lunch rush?A week ago I was looking forward to this interview. I had my heart sat on it.I just want to get this off of my chest.Please if you have any experience in the food industry, you are OVERQUALIFIED! Or don't apply at all if you looking for something more. I guess if I was a kid off the street I would of got hired. ??♂️And this place doesn't want to pay you no competitive wage to start out, and much is they're food cost they ought to PAY A COMPETITIVE WAGE.??Getting to the point, who's the owner, hope you are reading this.I don't know if she is the general manager named Bri or BriAnna whatever she goes by, had me sitting there for almost an half hour! Didn't appreciate it to only later on when she came I was interviewed in less than ten minutes. If I had any questions I was sitting there waiting for so long I forgot.Make this short and sweet, she wasted my time and her time. I burnt my gas just for her to rush me out of the interview after I told her my vast experience and she said she had enough people for the time I wanted. (Days to mid evening). But she rushed me said she wasn't interested, and I ask her what she wanted I could work with her, she still said I'm not interested....Hell who does that with somebody's time! Not good Unprofessional ?

Every kids meal comes with a generous free scoop of custard and a "scoopie token", which gets you something if you collect 10.. can't recall. The atmosphere is family friendly, you will see many families at any given time. This location supports many local school programs and athletics as well.

Well...I had to find a new "treat myself" spot after my last review. So, I picked the other fast food chain that also always has lines wrapped around the building. I didn't know if they would have anything for me, but I was actually pleasantly surprised. Why didn't anyone tell me about those warm, yummy, pretzel bites! I have never been a fan of those types of pretzels, but I decided to try my luck. They are magical!I also ordered the fries and onion rings. Everything was hot and as I ordered.The staff were nice, patient and professional. They answered all of my questions about their sauce selections, as I tried and hoped for the perfect match. ?The staff repeated my order back to me at the counter before paying, and again when they brought my order to my car. I thought that extra step to make sure I left with everything I asked for, was a great bonus.All in all, change can sometimes be unexpected and uncomfortable, but also rewarding at the same time.I'll be back for my treat next week.

I went there to have pick up a delightful meal but it was far from that. First off I understand this specific culvers is very busy and i expected that. My experience started out great. Order my food the cashier was very nice and put down exactly what i ordered. Then it went way downhill from there. After paying i went and parked as they tell you, and then a culvers worker comes out and lit a cigarette right next to my open window of my car. Fine that’s one thing but then I sat waiting there for 30 minutes while cars with way bigger orders got their food fast. At least 10 cars that ordered after me left while i sat there. So i called them asking where my order was and the person that answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. In the middle of me asking where my order is i got hung up on. My order did come soon after but was not a great experience. And to top it off my food was cold.

The chicken doesn't taste right nor is it cooked thoroughly half the time. Their ice smells and tastes like rotten eggs or lake water. And they served a Buffalo sauce that tasted expired (beyond there control sometime). This location is not my favorite.

Dang did it take forrrrrrrever for my food. It was delicious but I waited for like 40 mins....for just a burger too.
Poor customer service. Workers at store were rude and unhelpful.I was yelled at by a worker despite following their instructions to show Uber Eats confirmation for my food order. I tried to pick up my own food but it took ten minutes and involved two supervisors to figure out that I am not a delivery driver and had ordered my own food. Not a convenient experience for app order pick up.If you are ordering pick up for yourself using an app, there is an area to left of entrance across cfrom counter for food pick up. You should strongly consider ordering food elsewhere because customer service at this location is terrible and unprofessional.
