We haven't stayed here in years. We were pleasantly surprised at the great job they did updating. I only gave it a 4 because the rooms are small. But I would stay again in a heartbeat!
Pleasant. Not fancy. Perfectly clean, well cared for, well built. Small room but that was all I needed. I have paid far more for terrible rooms.Firm bed. Quite enough. I could hear cars on the nearby road but only when I was awake. This is a quiet area with not a lot of night traffic.The bar was pleasant, the staff very friendly. I enjoyed a couple of beers, but didn't have any food.I definitely plan to return here next time I visit the Kickapoo valley.

The rooms although a bit small, are clean and comfortable. Staff even has a complimentary laundry bag for you to store your dirty clothes in for your trip.The food in the restaurant is very good. You need to try their pizza! The staff is friendly and helpful. However if you are staying at the Motel, you need to check in before 9 PM because that's when the restaurant closes and there isn't any other way to check in.Overall, 10/10 would stay again if I'm in the area.
