One of the best restaurants in the Milwaukee county area for sure. The J*** chicken was juicy and smokey, the rice and peas were filling and the steamed cabbage was savory. a restaurant that GIVES you your money’s worth in terms of quality and quantity. You won’t be leaving feeling empty.

Staff wasn't really friendly and appeared almost bothered that i went in. There was no other customer when i was there (ordered to go). Food was delicious and the portion was well worth the money. Definitely recommend anyone who would like to try some good j*** chicken. Very delicious. My total bill was around 12 dollars and change. NOTE: they had a sign on their door stating June 25th they will be closing due to relocating the restaurant. Staff did not know where the new restaurant site will be.

This was soooo good!!I am an inner city, Uppa Yard fan. This is very close. Flavors were well blended and flavorful. There were a good amount of bones in the curry gravy. I never experienced that at Uppa Yard so it did inconvenience the eating of my rice.Well priced. Well cooked. Well flavored. Good service.

Orders are taken and picked up at the register. Perfect for those who enjoy eating off of styrofoam with plastic utensils. Very small menu with no vegetarian options. Our party of four stood in line (which wasn't moving) for 20 minutes attempting to place our order. Finally gave up and went elsewhere.

BEST J*** CHICKEN!!! Never had Jamaican food before so I got their special. So good ? for $10 a plate has rice,beans, your choice of meat AND cabbage. Can’t be that. Went just before rush hour on Friday at 5pm and it got packed fast! 10/10 ⭐️

We called our order in and still waited 40 minutes to get our food. Food was overall average at best. We ordered j*** chicken with rice and peas and plantains. Plantains were very hard, chicken was good, rice was OK.

As a constant traveler, I always like to try new foods. My friend and I decided to get Jamaican for dinner. we got the Curry chicken, curry goat, and oxtails. each entree came with a choice of sides, we got plantains and cabbage. And it also comes with rice and peas. Everything was delicious and full of flavor except the oxtails. I was very disappointed with the lack of flavor in the lack of flavor in the oxtails. The food was fresh tasting and hot when received. They pack the plates with a lot of food. i would totally go back again.

I Tried their food for the first time today, and absolutely loved it! I had the J*** Chicken, Rice& Peas with cabbage. They give you a nice portion. I ordered a small, that was enough to feed two people! Will definitely be back.
