I paid for extra gravy and I actually got 1. The gravy that came with meal was less than 1/2 full and the extra gravy I paid for the same 1/2So I actually got 1 gravy. Is this the world we live in now????? Not happy at all !!!! Also, in the past, they forgot my biscuits 3x on different occasions. I'm totally done with KFC.!!!

Terrible food. Chicken strips were not crispy. They were as small /thin as a finger. Biscuit seemed like it was browned (like when you heat something twice). Paid $17 for a crappy meal. Not worth going out to eat fast food anymore. Especially when they lack quality. Will not be returning.

Charged me $$16.35 for 2 pieces of chicken and a side of Mac n Cheese , food looks like it was made last week and they just gave me the left overs , way over priced , customer was awful , they wouldn’t even give me a cup of ice that I offered to pay for , what a joke and I’m sure nothing will be done about

Always a bad experience here. They're either out of something, a 25 minute wait time, or gets the order wrong. Last night I bought a 20 dollar box, crispy, and everything was dark. Like it was cooked in old oil or over cooked. The meat wasn't dry, extremely salty, so I'm guessing old oil. So salty I couldn't even manage to eat it. Wish I could posy the picture I took of the chicken.

I was again disappointed by KFC. When I arrived at the store, I found the doors locked, with no signage indicating why. So I went to the drive thru, and found a sign stating the speaker is broken. Since the menu board was leaning precariously as well, I knew this was a mistake. When I got to the window, I was told they only had 3 biscuits left and no extra crispy chicken as I had ordered. They said they could give me an extra side of mashed potatoes, but I then received no biscuits and no extra gravy for the potatoes. The chicken was a mess of overcooked/old chicken and I was very disappointed with the food, especially given the price ($53 for a 16 piece meal??). I understand the store closes at 9:00, but I placed my order at 8:00, which should have left plenty of time to make sure my food was available and fresh.They only redeeming quality of our visit was that my daughter enjoyed her potatoes, which was the whole reason for our visit.This served as a reminder of why we don't visit KFC anymore. The 2 locations near our house never fail to provide poor food or service (or both) every time.

I ordered a $30 8 piece dinner. We received 1 breast, 1 thigh, 4 wings, and 2 small drumsticks. (More like dummies). The sides were fine. I feel very ripped off and will never go there again. I wish I could get my money back.

What happened to the Kentucky fried chicken as now several times out of chicken and items missing from orders and and have to make a return trip when we purchased product and never given a sorry for mix up or even a soda or frie for inconvenience. Very disappointing because it was a staple in South Milwaukee with great personal service and always well supplied with food products.
This location on border of Cudahy and South Milwaukee is one of the last in WI to still have bone in hot wings. They have been discontinued. May not have any left by the end of this week. I was last there this past week and was told when their supply is gone they are done, unless another special comes along.
