Please close this place down. The place is embarrassing. There's nothing but problems with this place. Stopped by two days in a row and they gave me nothing but excuses on why they can't sell me food. There's nothing but teenagers playing in the back laughing, and cussing this is crazy..

Something changed in last 45 days. The food was laughable, if your not hungry and you were watching someone elses video on your favorite source. Store cancelling orders, drivers unable to wait for long periods, items missing, items duplicated. Food looked like a k4 project. Attempt to order instore met with opposition from staff... no orders in store after 6 on a saturday... store needed cleaning and organizationKid-friendliness: Not kid friendly... mainly because you dont want your kid seeing someone get away with what the staff and manager are in this store

I ordered online, took the money we go to pick it up and the place is closed sign on the window says open too. Did this to many many people. Very disappointed will be speaking to corporate.

Awful service. For the second week in a row my order was cancelled, but this time, after I received an email stating that my order was ready. There were pizzas on the countertop behind them, the workers claimed they couldn't fill my order because they couldn't make deep dish pizza, even though I didn't order that type of pizza.The worker looked me in the eye, told me he was cancelling my order and issuing me a refund without any further explanation.I will never be returning again. Shame on them.

Went in to pick up my order the young man was sitting on the counter that the pizzas come out the oven to be cut on. Cursing, dread locks hanging everywhere. Did not send me an email saying my order is ready. They need to close down and restaff. This place is horrible.

ZERO stars. Do Not Waste Your Money at this location. Each and everyone single one of you should not even have a job. Laughing and being disrespectful towards customers... Get the word out, Thats not acceptable. Get better customer service employees!!!! I placed an order at 8:19pm.. Paid it.. Never delivered... They never called to say what the issue was... nor answered the phone when I called... I had to go inside to get a receipt..they stated "We refunded it"me:"well I needed a receipt to for my bank" Hopefully others speak up against unprofessional, inconsiderate, Childish employees.

What can I say every now and again I like to remind myself with how spoiled I am with good pizza. So I like to visit Little Ceasers once every year or two and this place just doesn't change ? This time the ladys getting pizza ready forgot to put my order in the warmer so we sat there 30 minutes waiting for it to pop up on the screen. Well finally one of them asks who are you here for and then proceeds to hand me the stack of pizzas sitting on the table in the corner. So obviously their already mid level pizza is now cold. What am I gonna do complain about bad pizza and bad service? I got what I paid for ? see you in 2026 Little Ceasers.

I have tried three times to get pizza here. Once they were out of dough (you are a pizza shop, how the heck are you out of dough?); once I was told they do not have any deep dish pizza (again, a pizza shop, why no dough?); today I had one foot (literally) in the door and she hollered from the kitchen "no lobby orders", I turned around and left. This location has gone down hill over the last year or so. Either make pizza and sell it, or close and let a business that will actually function have the space.

Found out you can only get food if you place an online order. Then I go order on the app I downloaded only to have the order canceled.

If I could give it zero stars I would! How the hell do you take an order and money but when we show up you open the door to say you’re closed!

Half of their menu is not always available, what’s worse is their entire menu is available on their app. You spend a half an hour waiting for food that you ordered through the app only for them to cancel it. They don’t give you a reason. This has happened at least four times in the past six months.They lock their doors during business hours!How is this place still in business?
