Came to the window and a girl name kayla was being rude and doing faces she should get fired for treating her customers like that she is very rude and told me hurry up and pay and i don't have time for this. she's always mean to other people and me this mcdonalds should stop hiring young rude people the food was made wrong and bad this mcdonalds is turning bad because of young people.

It is a McDonald's so it can only be so good. It is one of the more consistent of them tho. They don't mess up our orders as often.
The manager that was working on 12/20 around 3:30 is terrible, I got a little over 2/3rds of a LARGE frappe and I was told there was nothing they could do about It, because if they were to fill it to the PROPER AMOUNT it would "cost waste for them" the sandwiches I ordered didn't even come with everything they were supposed to come with I had to have them remade.

Ordered a filet of fish sandwich with No Cheese and extra tarter. I can not eat cheese. The receipt and the slip on the box states No Cheese Xtra Tarter Sauce. I got a fish sandwich with cheese and no tarter! I even had to pull ahead to have my food made! Another disappointment and waste of money! It had to be thrown away!Dietary restrictions: I cannot eat cheese!

The employees are ghetto and fight each other behind the counters. One of the employees pulled a knife on another and still works there. The manager, Maddie, put a non edible item, a picante packet in another employees food and she still works there. Be better McDonald's.

My boyfriend and I went to this location Nov 22, 2023 around 10:00 pm. We ordered nugget meals and cheese burgers. While ordering I heard my bf specifically ask for plain double cheese burgers just cheese. The kids that were working were busy laughing in the back, so I guess they didn’t hear that because on screen the order was just double cheese burgers. Before he got a chance to say anything the girl working the drive-thru told us to pull to the 2nd window incredibly rudely. When we got to the 2nd window, my bf tried to confirm the double cheese burgers were plain, and the girl rolled her eyes and gave him THE BIGGEST ATTITUDE. Then the kitchen staff got mad because they had to remake them, and the girl was like, “THEY JUST TOLD ME.” Like no we did not JUST tell you lol. Anyways we got the food , it was correct it tasted like normal mc donald’s. However, my bfs cheese burger looked like it had been smushed? I guess they were so mad they punched it.
