Food is normally always good. That's why we have been customers for many years. However we had a horrible experience with the lady behind the counter making faces and remarks because we didn't tip her. We literally paid over $50 for 3 meals and some crab rangoon. On top of that we picked our food up. It wasn't delivered. That face that the lady made and her remarks is ridiculous. The cooks made the food. You did what? Handed it to me! This has been our favorite Chinese restaurant for many years. The food is delicious! Today is the last time I will order from them. I ordered $82 of food & tipped $18. The delivery person just dumped the bag of food in front of the door & didn’t ring the bell. Normally I have to sign a receipt. The food was cold by the time I noticed it. After the latest reviews, we were a wee bit hesitant to order . We have always ordered from here even thru all the management changes. I will say our order was correct!! Delivered earlier than estimated!!! Food was solid. We ordered Chicken and snow peas with 3.00 Xtra chicken. General T's. And roast pork egg foo young and we did get da gravy.
