We attended the highly advertised Labor Day firework event at Wisconsin Riverside Resort and wish we could have seen it!!! Instead we were treated extremely poorly by staff that was clearly overwhelmed. The hostess told us a 2 hour wait when we got there at 6:30, and proceeded to seat people that came in after us. I walked around and counted 6 dirty tables with checks on them that were just sitting there for over 15 mins. I asked if we could please take one of those, and I was yelled at and told I needed to walk outside and find somewhere to go and fend for myself. I had my handicapped 80 yr old mother in a wheelchair with us and was extremely disappointed at the complete disregard for your customers. Will definitely not be returning!!! Posted this review on their Facebook page, and instead of reaching out to me, they deleted my comment and blocked me from their page!!!
