I am very disappointed in the speed of service. It shouldnt take a little over 10 minutes to get a single order of chili cheese fries out. Also saw a guy stand at the counter for at least two minutes before he decided to walk out. And again saw another couple not be acknowledged by staff for a significant amount of time. It was not "busy". There were only 3 more orders ahead of mine. The staff had NO SENSE OF URGENCY. on the bright side i did meet a lovely lady who was also complaining about the wait!

The staff went above and beyond to make my experience incredible. The burger was super fresh! Tomatoes ripe and flavorful, bun was delicious, and the amount of meat was incredible. The shake was perfect!

I love A&W, love their root beer floats, cheese curds and hamburgers. When traveling we always stop when we see one. Houston loves the cheese burgers.
Expensive, but usually taste good. Drive thru is awkward. Friendly staff.

I gotta tell everyone that if you are ever in this A and W...SUPERB!!! HONESTLY. THIS store is everything a restaurant should be. I think I am in ? with this place!! Sooo clean, food is so hot, all fried foods again, a 5 star. Most places are kinda hot...this place won my heart.Vegetarian options: The wraps that have fish or all veggies are awesome.2 of our party eat only veggies wraps with root beer float of course!Parking: Plenty of great parking. Handicap accessible, seeing how I am handicap, all other, eg, truck drivers paradise.Kid-friendliness: Clean, and safe kids yard. We have 5 of those too. Wheelchair accessibility: Every door is accessible for us handicappers...
