Authentic Mexican food is my all time favorite and every since Cantina arrived in Stanley, I couldn't be more Happy. There food is just amazing and delicious. Prices are really good and reasonable. Their service is always amazing and they are very quick without risking quality which is a major plus! When we go there I get excited because I know I'm going to enjoy myself and when Im there I just love being there the ambiance and feeling is warm calming and just makes me never want to leave.

In 2023, we ate there, and the food was awesome. Now, in Feb 2024, we stopped in again after a movie at the theater. The food for both of us was lukewarm at best. For a Friday, there weren't many customers. I guess others know. Too bad. It's a nice atmosphere.

Stopped in randomly, staying the week in Thorp and searched for restaurants and found this one, wow did we score!!!They brought chips and salsa to the table and I asked for another salsa with hot sauce. I was told they don’t have it, so the chef came out and said he was making a spicy salsa for me, ? smoky spicy flavor.All four of us were blown away by how good the food was, I wanted a chorizo burrito and again, cook came out to clarify what I wanted, and it was spot on!!!!I will eat here every time I come through here!
This is seriously one of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had. The service was absolutely fantastic, and the food was even better. 10/10 recommend to everyone.

I hate to do this, this used to be my favorite place to eat in town. This was only a few months after they opened and the quality of the food was excellent. My favorite part about this restaurant is that they have options for picky eaters. My wife loves Mexican food whereas I typically don’t because I don’t like beans, onions, peppers, etc.But the past year or so we’ve been ordering less frequently. I don’t know why, but the quality has fallen off. I’m only writing this to create awareness incase the owner of the company goes over reviews. They’re definitely starting to slide. Will continue a few more times to see if at any point they get back to their initial quality. Seems to me initially they may have been more passionate about the new business venture, but now the quality of the service and food says that it’s becoming more mundane. Stanley in my opinion is a fairly competitive restaurant market. Pretty much every restaurant in town has good offerings, need to be at the top of your game here with so many places to choose from.

$4.29/ea. We ordered takeout and this is what we got with our meal. This is two whole sides of queso?
My family and I ordered food. The food was soggy. The bartender is amazing. I just think that they had a bad cook that day and then we had a reorder our food and it was still soggy again and we live four blocks away so hopefully that chef is either replaced or sober's up 102$ bill is way too much in the second order was even wrong

Ten of us showed up around 2pm and they got us a table and had provided chips and salsa immediately. We decided to get two pitchers of strawberry and original margaritas. We all got enough for each of us plus more for those wanting a refill. We also ordered queso dip, guacamole, and one quesadilla. It was all fast and delicious.

Didn't get the hard taco that I wanted. Requested a veggie taco. They used fajita veggies which I've had at other places and they are usually very good. This was not!! No flavor in the taco or the rice or beans. The waiter was very nice.

I ordered thru DoorDash it said at least 20 minutes for it to ready. I came 10 minutes early and it was already sitting out cold. I got food poisoning as well.
