If you’re looking for room temperature food this is the place, most restaurants try to get too fancy with their grills and hot food, NOT THIS BK. The girl switched the food from 1 bag to another enough times to make sure nothing was warm. And as everyone knows chicken sandwiches with Mayo and lettuce taste best when they’re room temperature. Yummy.

Hours were inaccurate, and if you order a change to one thing in your order they apply it to all of your items (i.e no onions on a whopper, none of your sandwiches will have onions) happens every time lately!

After a horrible experience at another Burger King downtown I drove here and the service was exceptional! The drive thru attendant was patient taking my order, everything was correct, fresh hot food and overall a recovery in my choice that day for lunch! Thanks to these workers for making what was a bad experience at another location a good experience in the end!

I came in during lunch while it wasn’t too busy. The $1 frozen refillable frozen coke is an absolute game changer. It’s very good and so was the rest of our food. The employees brought our food to our table. They were very kind and respectful. The dining room was incredibly clean as well. Will probably stop in for lunch again sometime.

Walked in to get breakfast before 10:30 they tell us they switched over to lunch already,so we order lunch. I ask if they have iced tea she looks at me confused then says yes and gets it...I ask if they have sweetener she says what is that...I tell her diet sugar,she says no they don't have it. You would think if they just switched over to lunch our food would be fresh...We take food to go. Our food is not warm and my tomatoes on my whopper are white,horrible experience!!!!!

The 9 dollar burger was dry tasteless and missing half a patty on one of the burgers the other one was pretty burnt to the point of being crunchy in a few spots. Overall it was not worth 19 dollars for 2 crummy burgers served though a window.

Our fries and drinks were not full. When I pay almost $30 for 2 meals I expect to get everything I paid for. The girl at the window seemed irritated when I asked her to fill our drink cup as it wasn't full. Then she shut the window without saying anything. When you work in customer service pleasantries are a must, it's part of the job.

Went here the other day me and my family had a fat lazy looking manager finger nails dirty workers looked unprofessional as well manger clothes had dirt on them along wrinkles .....I was so disgusted and didn't even want to eat there .....manager wasn't friendly as well didny speak say how u doin nothing jus rude make managers and employees look professional again along with grooming ?

If I could give 0 stars to this place I would. We pulled up and ordered a large whopper meal with cheese and bacon and onion rings instead of fries and a frozen Fanta drink honey mustard for the sauce. Lady over the speaker says whopper with cheese what to drink so we said it again and the bacon. As we’re telling her she says coke or Fanta so we said Fanta AGAIN. We’re looking at the screen and it’s not showing our whopper meal correctly so my boyfriend checks to make sure it’s right and asks if there’s mayo onions and stuff as well on it she says there is but you ordered it with only cheese and bacon so no there’s not. At this point I’m sick of the disrespect and attitude we have gotten since we pulled up and informed her we’re going to another location because I don’t like her attitude. She responds with I answered your question you asked a question and I answered it. No ma’am you answered snarky and you heard wrong to begin with we never said only cheese we said a large whopper meal with cheese and bacon and onion rings. Horrible customer service horrible staff. Almost daily I get food for myself and my employees from somewhere after a job and I’m certain to say we will never be coming back to this Burger King. I do not trust someone with such bold and disgusting attitude handling mine or my employees food.
