We had the best guy help us tonight. It was about 8:55pm. I thought you closed at 10.There had been a bus of teenagers. He was super friendly, patient & never mentioned they were closing soon.Did we get samples? Yep. Needed the blender that he had already put away for the night? Yep. Took forever not knowing what to get? YEP.He had his customer service personality on big time & never wavered.When we got in the car, well past nine, the lights went out & we realized you closed at 9 not 10.. And I only gave this awesome guy $1 as a tip! We are so sorry & owe him a much better tip next time!!!!!Thanks for being one of the few people still doing an amazing job! ?

New management and staff has really improved the place! New indoor decor and games for kids help it from being as dead of an atmosphere, portions were well served and the employee, Mal, was extremely friendly, talkative, and funny. HUGE upgrades!

We were there for Veterans Day. My husband got some of the best ice cream! It was cheesecake. Had frozen pieces of strawberries and blueberries. The cheesecake ice cream was incredible! Staff was very friendly and chit chatted for a bit. Definitely worth our drive to get there!

Cold stones open until 9pm. There was a homemade sign on the door stating, "closing at 8pm". An employee refused us service at 7:50 pm because she wanted to attend homecoming.
