Horrible customer service. Placed my order an hour ago had to call the store to see what’s going on because nothing updated on my end. The lady I talked to said that she has a whole bunch of orders and only one driver and the orders keep coming in well that’s what happens on a Friday night? Lady was very disrespectful on the phone asked to cancel my order she canceled it and then slammed the phone when she hung up.

What an absolute joke of an experience, I live literally less than a mile from the location and somehow the driver is unable to find my address. I texted VERY SPECIFIC directions to the driver and am ignored. Keep my money, but that’s the last order I will place at this location.

Did carry out, went inside to order.Pizza was pretty good. Not a lot for grease. Friendly staff members. Clean building.Would happily come again. Wait time wasn't bad. Just a really busy place.

My husband ordered dinner last night from Dominos on Church Street in Stevens Point and that is the last time we will order pizza from there.Our past orders have been greasy, but last nights was inexcusable. I’ve attached photos of the boxes and my car seat. When I got home and picked the pizzas up from my car seat there was grease spilled out of the corner of the bottom box and my car seat now has a huge stain on it.When I went back down to my car to assess the spill it was still visibly wet and I tried soaking some of it up with a newspaper. I’ll now need to figure out how to get pizza grease out of the passenger seat of my car.

Either you get 25% of the order you picked. Or 25% of your order correct. Please fix.
Burnt pizza, missing extra cheese. Parts of the pizza were black. Would not give refund for just the pizza only offered to remake. Not the customer service guy's fault, but disappointed.

Domino's is usually where we order pizzas for parties/special occasions. However, the last three times we were highly disappointed.The first instance, of the several pizzas we ordered TWO were missing CHEESE. The second instance, we were given the wrong pizzas. Now, this last instance, we paid for extra cheese on three of the pizzas and there was hardly any cheese at all! This is extremely frustrating when they're sometimes for kids that are picky eaters!Family thinks inthe future we should just boycott Domino's altogether. I'm willing to give them one final chance considering how sweet the counter boy was this last time. (Not responsible for the pizza issues-- it was a latina girl in the kitchen putting them together) I'm hoping we can be contacted to have these issues resurrected. Otherwise, we will just order Polito's.

I have quite a bit to say and I am extremely disappointed. My sister and I ordered two pizzas both of which were cold when we received them.1. It took an hour and twenty minutes to receive our order but we waited patiently. The delivery was quick and he was extremely polite.2. Upon examination we had ordered 2 drinks but had only received one total, the pizza was over cooked, and they made the pizza wrong.3. We called them back to see what could be done about our order and was met with ride customer service.For $40.00 worth of food we are very disappointed and will not be eating from here again.

Ordered the garlic bread twists and got the Parmesan bread twists delivered to me instead. This has happened plenty of times. I got tired of this happening, so I ordered for pick up and went to check it in person before driving off. It was parmesan again. I asked them if they could make me the garlic bread twist and they said that “the garlic bread twist and the parmesan were the same.” This was confusing because in the app and the website they are listed separately. I eventually told them to just make me the Parmesan bread twists without any parmesan on it. Maybe they are the same items. If that’s case, I apologize for the bad review. However, if I am correct in them being two separate items. They need to train their workers to understand their menu better. We have had the correct garlic bread twists delivered to us from them before without any issues and the delivery drivers are usually really nice. But recently, the bread twists have been an issue. It’s a shame, I like dominos but now I’m avoiding ordering just because I don’t want to deal with them getting my order wrong anymore.
