This is now my favorite restaurant in Wisconsin, HANDS DOWN! Literally everything I ate and drank tonight was exquisite and the people who work here are just as sweet as the syrup used to make mocktail. I enjoyed my Smoked Salmon Crepes, Truffle Oysters, Steam Bun, and Grilled Cheese w/ marinara. Molly the bartender is such a lovely human being and so is the chef and other members in the back of the house that I had the pleasure of meeting while sitting at the bar tonight.

One of the best places in Central Wisconsin. Love the ever-changing menu, and the presence of a extensive seafood selection. Really a true gem in central Wisconsin. If you haven’t been here, you have really missed out the best food in town!!!

Went around 6pm it was busy but the staff treated us like we were only ones there. The food came out hot and amazing! Only thing I would say is trust the server when they say order more then one or two things. The place is amazing will definitely be going back again!!

Stevens Point should be honored ? to have Chef Christian in their city! Father Fats is a small plates restaurant with a southern twist on food. We like the choices, the cool drink names and the friendliness of the staff. He has a pop-up across the street that offers from time to time offers different food choices. Both are worth a stop when in the area.

A fantastic experience! Wonderful food with so much flavor and variety, and a nice wine and cocktail list. Our server was top shelf: friendly, helpful/knowledgeable, attentive without hovering. Always a special experience here!

Disgusting horrible place, kitchen full of flies. So nasty, flies only swarm for rotting food. The fact that they're allowed to breed and take over the kitchen is all I really need to know. You get to pay high prices for food with fly eggs on it, enjoy!TWELVE HEALTH VIOLATIONS:Father Fats Public House, 945 Clark St.: Oct 24: 12 violations: Apple puree is from an unapproved source; shell eggs stored over ready-to-eat foods in upright cooler (corrected during inspection); date markings missing from several ready-to-eat foods held in refrigerators; consumer advisory on menu missing disclosure statement for foods that may be served raw or undercooked; test kit for sanitizer expired; wall-mounted potato cutter dirty; handwashing sink used as dump sink for liquid waste and has no paper towels or handwashing signs; open boxes of single-service food articles stored on floor in basement; fly sticky tape over main food prep station in kitchen (corrected during inspection); light fixture above dish machine at bar not working; flies seen in kitchen; ceiling vents and adjacent kitchen surfaces dirty.

This is such a gem in central Wisconsin. From the electric mix of fusion cuisine and global flavors, your taste buds will certainly be satisfied! Ambiance - it was Halloween so they had spooky decor. The dining room is dim lit and cozy, would be good for a romantic dinner. Food - tapas style dishes that features unique eats. Highly recommend the firecracker shrimp and lobster scampi! They're more substantial than others on the menu not to mention the bold flavors that will leave you wanting more. I personally enjoyed the poached pear salad with goat cheese and walnuts. The chicken wraps were good too. Service - our server is super attentive and sweet. She provided great recommendations for food and drinks. They have a great local beer selection and enticing cocktails. Verdict - must try if you're in the area and craving for food with a modern twist. It's a bit pricey as most dishes are $16-18 and you're likely to order at least 2 per person. We came for a birthday meal so it was all worth it!

Incredible food matched by equally wonderful service, and an unbeatable relaxed-upscale atmosphere. With the menu rotating daily, there’s always new and different options to try, and everything is worth tasting at least once!

Are you looking for something different than the typical Midwest pub fare found in Wisconsin (not that it’s bad!)? Do not stop in Steven’s Point without checking this place out if love interesting and eclectic pairings. The food is just incredible. Many of the plates are small portioned and meant to be shared. More of a tapas experience. I had the Panzanella, soup of the day (Coconut Curry Squash), Mini Truffle Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, and the PB&J & PB sliders. All fantastic. I’m not impressed easily. Love this place. Hope work takes me here again. I’ll find a way back if not.Top it all off my server Alexander was hospitable and very helpful in making recommendations that appealed to me. 100/10 experience! I’m only sorry I didn’t take photos before devouring my food!
