We ordered our food, our soup/salad didnt come out before our main course, they came out at the same time. My boyfriend or ordered salad and she brought out 2 cups of soup. Returned with his salad after his entree was already here. The waitress brought out 2 of the 3 entrees. My daughter had not recieved her chicken tenders, so she offered something else while she waited and brought out a mud cup. My boy friends order was incorrect as well and needed to be remade. We had ordered a pizza with our meal, however we did not recieve our pizza until after we were all done eating. Toppings were added we did not ask for. My daughters chicken tenders arrived 20min later becuase they forgot to put it in. The waitress should have warned us about the wait on the pizza, but didn't. They should have timed everything to come out at the same time. After receiving the pizza we asked for a box as we were already done eating. She did not offer to take anything off the bill. She did not clear a single plate either. Unsure why she refused to clear the table so we had more room. Also it was freezing in the restaurant... its been awhile since our last visit and it may be awhile before we try this Grazies anytime soon.I'm not one to complain but this was a disappointing experience..

Every time i have been here in the past has not been great. It has been about four or five years since i have been to grazies and it hasnt change. We needed to ask someone to wipe the seats down so we could sit they asked us if we would like to move a seat over it didnt matter it was just as dirty. Then we ordered, every part of our order had a mistake.I got soup instead of salad, i got maranara instead of alfrado on my sea food pascador, once our food was out our daugters food wasnt out until half way through the meal my salad came after my entre. We ordered a pizza that didnt come out until 30mins after the rest of our food came out. It was wrong we ordered canadian bacon instead we just got bacon. Our waitress said later they just take so long to make wouldnt you warn the customer they take longer so they know ahead of time and who is the chef why doesnt the food all come out at once. They acted like this is normal. I for the life of me do not understand how this place is still going its been this way for as long as i can remeber hopefully this comment will help the staff,manager,owner of grazies to look deeper into what is going on in there restaurant.

Reviews were positive for calamari. It did not disappoint! Fresh and tender. The aioli was very good. The pasta was al dente which was perfect for the dishes we had. The staff was attentive and cordial, not pressuring or annoying. Overall wonderful experience. The wife and both had seafood pescatore. She had the Alfredo version and I had the marinara version. Both were great. I’d highly recommend. The only negative was the complimentary bread did not fit the quality of the other ingredients we had.

Looking for a quick bite to eat, we decided to try Grazies. We were greeted and seated immediately and greeted by the waitress right away. The menu had a variety of appealing Italian selections, but both my wife and I (very hungry) decided on ordering the unlimited salad, bread and soup selection (the lunch price was slightly less expensive than the dinner hour price).We came on a Friday in which they had chicken wild rice and clam chowder. Both being my favorite, I had very high expectations and was expectedly pleased (both were flavorful, had a perfect balance of ingredients, and were a perfectly hot temperature). Our choice for salad was the Ceasar, which both of us are certain was homemade. Everything was outstanding, including the home made bread!Since we are vacationing in the area for another day, I had expectations to visit previous favorite restaurant for our remaining lunch, but both my wife and I agreed that we should come back today and enjoy it all again (curious what today's soups will be!

I worked at the Appleton location a million years ago. Every time we come through Point, I like to visit. The food is consistently good. It tastes just as great as it did 20 years ago. As a fellow industry worker, I know how hard it is to keep standards and consistency that high over a long period of time. Bravo, guys. Keep up the great work.

Excellent pasta and tomato sauce. This is our new place to stop on the way back from Northern Michigan. Highly recommend the seafood Pescatore. Sorry I didn't take a photo before I started eating. I didn't realize how good the food was until I had a few bites. :-)
