We do drive through most often. Last lady working the place wasn't very pleasant on the mic. Parts of the order were wrong , but felt she wasn't having a good night.

Just stopped for dinner at 5:30. My son and I ordered chicken sandwichs. We were given old chicken that was reheated in the fryer. My sandwich was so greasy and tough I will have nightmares on how bad that sandwich was. I do not suggest eating here.

Food was good, didn't have what I ordered but combined org. And crispy, which was terrific so I didn't have to wait. Smart thinking, not able to go inside.

Worst kfc around never has anything available. An never know when it's open or closed. Just shut down already.

The incompetence is appalling. How can you “forget” 4 out of 8 items in an order? Then tell me I have to drive back for a refund tomorrow when I paid with credit. Never again.

We went in for drive through and they ran out of chicken and had to make more due to someone placing a big order. We were willing to wait. Associates were really nice and sorry about the wait. Happy cause I got fresh and juicy fried chicken :)

I went to the Stevens Point KFC at 6:15ish on Sunday night and ordered a pot pie meal and also another meal. I drove up to window and paid for the food. 2 minutes later a lady comes to the window and says the pot pie will take 24 minutes to make. I said I paid already and will come back to pick up. I left as I had food from another place in vehicle. Went home to the south side of town and then went back to KFC. It was now 6:45pm and I drive up to the window and ask for my food. They said they don't have an order. I said I paid for it already and they should show a pot pie order and also my other order. They scramble to look up and then come ask for my receipt which I had. All the lady says is sorry and gives me my money back. Downright the worst fast food experience ever. How do you lose a paid for meal? They closed at 7pm so they wouldn't make the pot pie either. Plus I wouldn't come back a third time. This is the second time in 2 months this location couldn't get an order right. Not having proper staff to do their job has lost me as a customer and I will continue to let others know what bad service this location has.

Freaky fast! I must have been waiting all of 2 minutes for my order to be completed. With most "fast food" places these days it seems like speedy service isn't usually the norm anymore. Glad to see that's not the case with KFC, excellent work.

I tend to get KFC at this location a lot and never have problems. The food is fresh and delicious. I went around 30 minutes to close and the sign to order was not working and it seemed to cause a little bit of a slower service. However slow service aside it was no fault of the establishment that mechanical error slowed them, the team adjusted fire and in the end served another delicious meal. The order was just as good as usual even when many places near closing time lack on quality. Way to go KFC!Features: I don’t know much about mask mandates or indoor seating for patrons, But they do offer delivery with door dash who are proactive at adhering to mask mandates and practice safe distancing. With no contact delivery. The workers in KFC were definitely wearing masks now that I recall. And gloves. I’m not sure of anything other than the delivery and drive through so I can’t comment on the other dining options. I tend to do take out or delivery with Covid still an ongoing pandemic.
