I tried calling before closing and I was repeatedly hung up on when I was trying to make an order. I finally got someone to pick up and they replied they were going call the police be if I kept calling. All that I heard over the phone was was on hold music and it hung up, so I called again. Customer service is abysmal. I understand it was close to closing but I expect to not get threatened. If your business is advertised opened until 1 am. We should be able to place orders until close?

I ordered a pizza and misclicked on their app to order for cash. I have made this mistake atleast 10x in the past and have been able to call and change the payment method but today whoever was working night shift wouldn't let me for the first time since I moved here 4 years ago. I have order papa johns atleast 3x a month for the past 4 years from this place and I'm not sure who was working tonight but they were extraordinary rude and refused to change my payment method cause "it would take a half hour to change it" when I explained to said person that other people who have worked there can change it in 30 seconds and all they did was hang up the phone on me. I personally hope this person wakes up without a job cause he is the first person ever to treat customers this way at this establishment. I am thoroughly dissapointed and am gunna be shopping elsewhere for pizza from now on.

Ordered the Hawaiian pizza for dinner. Did not match the description on line. Should have been Canadian Bacon, julienne cut, which is how it is described on the menu. Instead received bacon bits, big fat onion slices and a bbq sauce. What kind of Hawaiian pizza is this? I knew I should not have given you another chance. My mistake. Will not happen again.

I've never had an incorrect order with this location, they always delivery on time or earlier, and the food has always been hot and as fresh as you can get for a fast food pizza joint. We love the bread sticks, the kids love the pepperoni pizza, my husband loves any kind with meat or the bbq chicken. I always order extra pepperochinis and they give me a TON which I love. Always reliable!

The call center over seas that initially takes the calls less than satisfactory after the guy ran my card 6times and told me something wrong with it transferred me directly to the store guess what card worked first time imagine that other than that love papa Johns

Pizza was outstanding. Staff preparation orders for delivery dropped an "F" bomb caused he was overwhelmed with orders. Very unprofessional!

Found 2 black & curly hairs baked under the cheese and crust. I asked the manger if they are required to wear hair nets or beard nets, and they said no. We were given a refund but who wants to order another one after that?
