Our entire order was undercooked to the point we couldn’t eat it.

I ordered a large dinner box with boneless wings the boneless wings had very little sauce ordered one pepperoni lovers with extra black olives got no black olives ordered a backyard chicken pizza and got no chicken and no sauce on both pizzas ordered cheesy sticks got rock hard breadsticks that my dog couldn't even eat when I got there, the lady at the register was extremely rude. I walked in and she said my name and I said yes and she handed me the box and rolled her eyes. I understand I came in 30 minutes before close, but there is still no excuse why half of my items are missing and the breadsticks are so hard

I honestly haven't gone to pizza hut for about 18 yrs, but we got a gift card and we wanted to dine in. Stevens Point seems like the last dine in restaurant. We walked in and it was dark and musky. It was like going to a hotel that was closed for a decade. The carpet was scary. I definitely would not take my shoes off there. I might get stuck to the floor. When we walked in, I had to ask if they were open. No customers. and it didn't look like anyone was working. We ordered the supreme pizza. The vegetables were crunchy and cold, and the crust was soggy and wet. No pizza pepper or Parmesan cheese on the table. I guess that would cost to much. I'm surprised they gave us plates. The pizza was a large, and I only had one slice. So we decided to take the rest home. I went to the counter to ask for a box. They gave me a small. I said, "we have a large. Don't you have a large box?" The guy behind the register said no. He gave me 3 small boxes. I wondered "How do they make deliveries? Do they split up ALL the pizza's this way?" I'm glad we didn't order anything more. I'm sure they would have put it in plastic bags for us to carry home. It's sad. I remember when there was a salad bar, and happiness. There use to be a nice smell of Pizza, but all we smelled was musk and dampness. The best thing they could do, is to tear it down and put up a Rocky Rococo's. So far, they seem like the best pizza for the money with a cheerful crew and a nice view of Rib Mountain. They have a salad bar.

manager is rude as hell. we called and ordered a big box... it came way under cooked. I called back and the manager was rude. talking about it woukd be a 3 hour wait for a new one to be delivered..I said ok I guess and then she said we'll we won't be coming back out and hung up on me...... rude a**

The pizza was nice and hot and very delicious!! Slices were generous and liked the fresh mushrooms too!!

Pizzas were yummy. But they forgot to cut my pizza , I had to cut it by myself at home.

Was told carry out 10-20 minutes. Pulled up at the 20 min mark for curbside. Called to let them know I was there, couldn’t get through for over 5 minutes before someone answered and said it wasn’t ready. I then sat in my car waiting an additional 15 minutes past the “ready time...” before I got my 1 pizza. Will try the plover location next time
