“Edited to update: This place changed hands and reopened. The new staff is AMAZING, very capable and welcoming. Menu is fun and specials rotate often. There is a GF menu and loads of GF baked goods are available, plus the staff has good awareness of celiac disease. We have had absolutely zero less-than-awesome experiences since this place was reopened with new management. We love it here. ---- They have a ton of different servers and they're often not great at serving. Either they're scrambling for just a few tables and you're sitting and waiting a long time, or they're short and rude. I used to be a server so I know good service and the service just kind of lacks here. They charge an immediate 18% gratuity for parties of 4 or more. If you come with your wife and two kids, be prepared to be charged a party gratuity! (I tip really, really well so they're not doing themselves any favors with this.) The menu is great, but occasionally you'll get a plate that isn't amazing. Do not recommend fish tacos. Definitely recommend the gyro or the southwest nachos! They have tons of gluten free options and substitutions but be prepared to pay like $4 more per dish for the gluten free option. Updated from previous review on 2023-04-08“

“Everything was great, and I've been enjoying the food since they opened. The atmosphere is quiet and service was great. The tea and appetizer came shortly after we ordered and the entree was brought to the table shortly after we finished the appetizer. The space isn't super big, but they have tables that can seat 6 if your group is bigger.“
“We stopped in for a quick bite between adventures and we were the only ones there. Granted, we went at 2:30 on a Wednesday. The staff was very friendly and helpful and accommodating. Of the Seven of us, six of us were very happy with our food. One of us got what was supposed to be a hot sandwich that was most definitely not. I'd say it's kind of an imitation of Jimmy John's so if you like them, you'll like this. The decor is super cute and the atmosphere is fun and relaxed. The bathrooms were clean and worked and they soda fountain was good. I'd recommend for a quick bite but it wasn't especially unique.“
“In the past, I have enjoyed Panera soup and sandwiches, but this time, not so much. I went there with my family and we all ordered soup and sandwiches, and a soup was forgotten. We noticed it didn't get added to the bill when we looked to see why it wasn't on our tray. So instead of comping the soup, we were charged so there wasn't the buy 2 deal, so we paid extra for their mistake. Kind of frustrating and not even an apology. Guess customer service wasn't a thing that afternoon.Also, the Chipotle chicken sandwich in my order was very blah. I wouldn't order it again. And two of our soups were luke warm. At almost $90 for our order, I'd expect better food and service. Guess I won't be going to a Panera again for a long time...“
“Our food was quite late as it seems it was forgotten. The corn dogs had entirely way too much breading. My son took one bite and would not take another. I also did not particularly enjoy the corndog. The flavor was a bit off and again, wayyyyyyy too much breading. My husband felt that his galbi was chewy and lackluster in comparison to Dosirak. However, the kimchi jjigae was so wonderful, it made up for the shortcomings. The portion was generous, it was piping hot, had all sorts of different textures, perfect amount of spice... YUM! I know this business is pretty new to this location, and it was busy when my husband picked up our food. I do hope that this place stays open and improves with time.“
