“If you love homemade pie this place is worth the trip, most definitely. It was about two hours roundtrip for me, but it's a cute place and the food is also really good. But the pie. You need to order ahead if you want an entire pie or a specific pie, but you can get slices and they have "pie cookies." If you love pie crust, you gotta get a pie cookie. This is probably the only place I'd actually pay for an entire pie and be happy. Actually homemade and so delicious.“

“Typical diner / cafe. Friday fish / shrimp fry was terrific and is done all day Friday. I really liked how the shrimp were battered. Came with choice of potato and I did the baked potato with butter and sour creme. Comes with salad bar, which was smaller though sufficient.Note that they bring the fish and shrimp to you and if you want more just ask and they bring more out fresh, which was fine.“

“This has to be the cutest coffee house I've ever been to! ? It's so cozy and the coffee is delicious, the lavender latte is something I've not had anywhere else. You are right by the marina if you'd like to go for a walk or they have several adorable alcoves where you can settle in with coffee and a book. The service has been beyond excellent both times I've been in and the prices are more than reasonable.“

“If you’re in the Pepin area, treat yourself to a meal at this place. Big delicious breakfasts, good coffee, friendly people. Ask if they have farm fresh eggs to go and take a dozen with you. We were tempted by the cinnamon rolls but were just too stuffed. Next time, because we will definitely be back.“

“Nice restaurant near Lake Pepin. Limited menu and Twin City prices. Food was good but was not high end, which I expect when paying $30-40 for an entrée. Butternut squash soup was bland and I don't generally use a lot of salt, but definitely lacking here. Curry was decent, but repeated on me all night. A few string beans accompanied the curry, they were undercooked. Didnt try dessert, already spent a small fortune and can't afford these prices. Cozy atmosphere, although a bit cramped space wise. Service was pleasant.“

“Lovely drive down to the quaint town of Stockholm and enjoying a mint pie flight. These are offered once a month (give or take) and sell out quickly. If you can't book one drive on down and enjoy some of their other pie offerings or place an order for a pie or two to take “
