Excellent pies. Frozen take and bake pies. Nice little sandwich shop. Somewhat awkward cafeteria counter ordering system involving a pager and maybe your name shouted. They must get extremely busy at times for such an elaborate system for a small restaurant. They do get extremely busy sometimes.

Love the food, the chicken salad sandwich is my favorite, 2nd favorite would be the Sconnie toastie with ham! When it comes to pie. The Mint Mocha Brownie is my favorite, then the Chocolate silk, the chocolate cream, and then the stockholm apple, or the caramel apple crunch! So many options it can be hard to pick! The staff is friendly, and the opera hall is awesome for events, the new Event coordinator is awesome and really stays on the ball with keeping track of things.

Had a chicken pot pie & a piece of blackberry peach pie alamode.The crust on each was outstanding.Also had a coffee which was hot & had a great traditional coffee flavor.Slightly spendy meal but worth it.I will return.

Pot pies were great. Lots of filling, flakey crust top and bottom. I'm used to a filling that's not quite so thick and could have used another minute or two in the oven. But great flavor and serving size. Got my pie for carry out 'cuz I'm stuffed! Worth a stop (and maybe another on the way home!)

Cute stop as we drove around MN and WI in this area. The line for pie was long with only one person working that area so we had to skip pie :( but the chocolates were amazing! German chocolate truffle...fantastic!!

Unbeatable pie, their selection of unique and delicious sandwiches is to die for. Well worth the trip. I just wish they still had the cafe in Red Wing as well but it gives me an excuse to take a gorgeous scenic drive.
