It's a very cute little Bakery. The one thing I really like about it is that at Christmas time they actually make Norwegian cookies. And I look forward to having some this year since I am from Norwegian descendants. Our family love Fosdal Bakery. Their pastry is fresh everyday and delicious. Anytime we are hungry for great bakery goods we go to Fosdal. We always go there for the holidays because they always have something special. I highly recommend trying Fosdal. I know if you try it once you always go back!

Great donuts. The pecan roll & chocolate covered cream filled are my favs. The maple long john with the peanuts is interesting as well. Mostly take out in the AM - very busy. Staff is great.
