I ordered the 3 steak taco dinner. I asked for lettuce , tomato and cheese. I got tons of onions, instead with some lettuce and a lot of tomatoes. No cheese. This is the 2nd time ordering. 1st in person and eat there. This time I called in my order and picked it up. There was a strong language barrier.

Went with my friend to order some food to go and we sat at the bar to get some drinks while we waited, the waiters took a while to get to us but when they did they made our drinks they tasted alright, we had mentioned we wanted to order food to go, 15 mins passed and nobody came to get our order, we paid for our drinks and left. Service could use some improvements.

La Cantina is hands down, my favorite Mexican restaurant!! The food and drinks are all amazing, staff is professional and friendly, and the prices are super reasonable. I definitely recommend giving La Cantina a try to anyone who hasn't been there yet. You won't be disappointed!
We were waited on very quickly. The food was very good as were the drinks. Prices were reasonable ( luncheon specials). One of our orders was quite complex and they got it right. We'll be back.

The food is great and much more authentic than at the more Americanized Rio Grande in Stoughton. I recommend everything, especially the best margaritas I’ve ever had. After dinner, try the flan.
