Friday night fish fry is a buffet. Would not recommend - would be much better made to order. (Response to owner reply): We paid attention to the host, she was great. The pan fish, catfish, chicken tenders and fries from the buffet were all cold and soggy, which made for a disappointing meal.

Went in for dinner tonight with my husband. I got the queen prime rib and my husband got the bbq dinner. I had a ice tea and him a soda. Dinners came with a trip to the salad bar and a cup of soup. I couldn't cut into my prime rib and it was all fat. I sent back after I was finally able to cut a piece. My husbands was so dry that he couldn't chew it. The waitress came back and said the cut of prime rib was from the same roast. I didn't order anything else and just wanted to pay for the soda/tea and the salad bar/soup. She took $15 off the bill. I still had to pay for something I didn't get to eat. Same with my husband. When we went up to pay the hostess got the owner. She said sorry we didn't like the food. We told her that we are confused why we are paying for food that we didn't get to eat. She gave us another $15 off. We ended up paying $25.09 for a ice tea, soda, and a little Salad/cup of soup. We will not trying Springers again.

Carol JB, Sun Prairie Love coming to Springers. We have been coming for the last 10 years. Love the new buffet. Don't have to wait for our food, and the assortment is awesome. So is the salad bar and soup bar. Love the bartenders and the woman who takes our name, the woman who seats us, the waitresses, the lady who takes our money. They are all so friendly. It takes us about 45 mins to get there, but its worth the drive. Now we heard of the Sunday Buffet, we can't wait to come to that also. You are all doing a great job!

Wow! I was impressed with this place! Great food, good drinks, and great service. Went on a Friday night fish fry and didn't have to wait too long. Got called to our table about the time I finished my first drink. Fish fry buffet! Are you kidding me...Yes please. The buffet had fried cod, baked cod, perch, catfish, shrimp, chicken, BBQ pork, pot roast...just to name a few. Also a small salad bar. Will go back in a heartbeat.

Made Saturday dinner reservation for party of 8. We were seated promptly and our server checked in regularly. Every single staff person we encountered was friendly and attentive. The pan fried salmon was cooked perfectly and did NOT taste "fishy". All in all it was a pleasant experience.

We had Sunday brunch and it was very very disappointing! The only thing edible was the bacon. Everything else was cold and tasteless. One item actually tasted spoiled. Seemed that most things were not made from scratch but processed or out of a frozen bag. There were some bagels in a basket but didn't see any cream cheese so didn't take them. Therefore we left still hungry. What a waste of $80 plus dollars it cost me for our family not including our tip. The only thing positive was the waitresses who were pleasant.

Traditional supper club on the lake. Staff were super fun. Bartender noticed I didn't drink much of my drink and came to dining room to give me a substitute. Thoughtful! Buffet was way better than expectations. Biscuit was the best!

Stopped in for a quick bite while waiting for a wedding @ the Fields Reserve. We ordered a Mushroom Swiss burger & Wisconsin Fish Basket w/a spotted cow. A true Wisconsin treat and a gem restaurant/bar perched right on the lake!

We've eaten there multiple times.1st time the waitress forgot our soup to the fish fry.Other times the food was ok but the fries were always soggy. This time the turkey soup had a bone in it and I bit into the bone. The sandwich was good, the chips were so oily they were soggy. The picture is how they came in the restaurant and after I airfried them at home.I thought they'd be better then the fries they weren't.(After airfrying at home they're really good.) We'll be back for drinks but no more dinners, so sad we really wanted to like this place.

Tried their new buffet which had several selections but the baked and fried cod and catfish was very bland, the spare ribs were so tough that my friend couldn't eat them, the seafood alfredo was very fishy tasting. The cheesy potatoes were good as were the breaded shrimp but it's not enough for any of us to back again.
