I REALLY ENJOY their Phorench Dip sandwich. It's like an American roast beef with some key exceptional upgrades: 1) soft but firm and chewy bread holds up to the dip 2) the dip is based on Pho, a Vietnamese flavorful sauce starring star anise, cilantro and MANY other flavors. I won't claim it's authentic, because I have no idea. I can only claim delicious and it's surprisingly accurate to sauces I've eaten in NORTHERN China, which might tell you something. We arrived and almost every table had a reserved sign.The staff was very friendly. We sat right away and the menu looked delicious. We tried the beer battered curds to start. I recommend at least 3 people share this. The crust was very unique and curds are. We attended the 12/31/23 New Year’s Eve special five course dinner; our food was excellently prepared and plated. The table service was outstanding and as always, our drinks were equally as outstanding as our meals.
